  • In this intense episode compilation from the hit reality show JAIL, a recently released felon finds herself back behind bars after allegedly being caught with contraband during the booking process at Clark County Jail. The woman, who had just completed a four-year prison sentence, becomes increasingly aggressive and confrontational with the jailers as they attempt to search her. Tensions escalate as the suspect resists the officers' efforts to maintain order and security within the facility. In another featured segment, a routine search of a female inmate yields a surprising discovery - a unique and potentially dangerous self-defense weapon concealed on her person.

      @@edsloan8535 Depending on state law in Nevada she might not be facing a contraband charge. The needles were found upon the initial search while being booked. If they had made their way into a cell block she would have at least faced an institutional charge, though, likely costing her 30-60 days in solitary confinement without commissary privileges. I agree that she was likely attempting to get them into the cell block, though -- I hear the going rate for a used needle is 50 soups and 15 honey buns. 😃

    • @tommyudo3195
      @tommyudo3195 Год назад +3

      @@AllOuttaBubblegum123 No, it's not necessarily trauma that turns people into this. Lots of addicts have severe mental illnesses that cause them to self-medicate with alcohol and drugs. I used to think that all drugs should be legalized but for a lot of people addicted to hardcore drugs, providing easier access to substances is the last thing they need.
      More low cost treatment programs are needed but even that is no panacea. 40-60% of individuals relapse within 30 days of leaving an inpatient drug and alcohol treatment center, and up to 85% relapse within the first year. In my judgement, the most important factor in getting off drugs is taking personal responsibility. Blaming your addiction on trauma or mental problems is not taking responsibility.

Ignorance of laws isn’t a defense from being arrested. While I agree that some are more susceptible to drinking or doing drugs, there are still laws to follow. Don’t do the crime if you’re not willing to be arrested. If you know kicking an officer results in arrest, don’t kick an officer. If speeding results in a ticket, don’t speed. Knowingly hiding a needle in your bra and taking it into a jail, well, you know. One reaps what one sows.

      Is she doesn't have an ID, they can legally take her down to the police station to find out who she is.
      Also every state has different pedestrian laws.
