I see the comparison to children's behavior a lot. After watching several of these videos, I'm more inclined to compare to psychiatric cases. Children tend to subdue in the presence of a strong voice; some of these people don't react to that at all - they start bobbing their heads, make grimaces, and lose control of bodily functions. I feel like children have intention and a goal when they have a fit - these folks seem to do it because they don't know what else to do. Just an opinion.
Its upbringing. Probably was never told NO as a child.

This is why I don't drink anymore! I'm not me when I drink and I'm done with all of the morning after regrets. I haven't even talked to a cop or had one look my way since 2007 and I'm keeping it that way!

Drinking alcohol is so much worse than smoking weed. You almost never see a person arrested who's belligerent, violent and angry when they're high on just pot.

As I get older my feeling towards people seems to get more and more distant. I couldn't imagine dealing with this every day. I majored in CJ and this is why I didn't pursue my degree into law enforcement.
There's so many other fields you could have went into CJ isn't just working in jails or on the force

Almost everyone who gets arrested for obvious violations insists that they didn't do anything and keeps asking what did I do wrong. When they are told what they did it never registers.
That girl in the wheelchair was sweet trying to calm down the other girl and telling her to take deep breaths.
She was clearly struggling herself, but she wanted to help the other woman. So sweet.

I think it's just great that the jail has its own stroller to transport the children around when they become uncooperative and don't want to play nice. It's also comforting to see that they have their own snack time.

That’s what alcohol and drugs does to a person, mind altering substances that take over the brain and thinking. They’ll say and do anything. Unfortunately, people who are under the influence, have gone through with it but when they’re sober, they want to live.

I don't think i could last even 5 minutes....I would taze the ones that they had to call ahead for the minute they opened the door and don't even think about biting, kicking, hitting or spitting. I am sure, by reflex, I would return the same. I'm glad we have these men and women to do what I could not. I would be the one in jail.
Watching these makes me so glad I never found alcohol I liked. I can't imagine going through life like this, even without jail, imagine not knowing what you did the night before.
