Welcome to your Yoga Nidra practice, this 20 min yoga nidra guided meditation for deep relaxation is meant to help reset your nervous system. This 20 Minute Yoga Nidra is also a complete reset for your mind. This guided yoga Nidra includes gentle binaural beats to further soothe the nervous system with a relaxing soundscape for the mind’s eye centre. This type of meditation aids deep relaxation, non-sleep deep rest, and for those who need it, sleep.
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that uses a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This yogic sleep technique calms the nervous system and activates the parasympathetic (relaxation, rest & digest) response which is so needed in these current times.

Namaste Ally 24 August. UK. The background music was dominating over your voice. For me it would have been easier to hear your voice if the background sounds were quieter. After the practice feeling quiet and my face muscles are heavy. My breathing is slower than the pace offered in the audio.

I've always been really hard on myself, constantly rushing and pushing, even with things that were supposed to relax me, like meditation or walking; so far, only during yoga nidra I'm really able to deeply relax, more than during night sleep which is resltess and full of dreams. Love most of your videos. Just one comment, if the video says, “20 min yoga Nidra” but it’s only a 15 min yoga Nidra with 7 minutes of additional talking and promotion, I'm probably gonna dislike that video.

Ally, thank you so much for your work. The problem that I’ve been having with this practice is that like 8-10 mins into the practice, I’m actually dozing off to sleep. I find it hard to be awake till the end of the practice. How do I overcome this?

I was out like a light 😅 but I really appreciated the intro/honoring of the lineage and loved the sankalpa since mine is also about trust. I think this might be my favorite music as well. Thank you 🙏🏼
