Aside from the fiber suggestion, it was a good video. Thank you. For those suffering from constipation, bloating, distention, and gas pain after eating FODMAPS or Fiber, suggesting to eat more fiber is not helpful. I eat very little plant matter, and no grains. I do fine with no plant matter, just fatty meat, mostly beef and eggs. Sometimes I will have 1/4 cup (20-30grams) of avocado, but no more or I will suffer bloat and gas pain. My usual go-to then to relieve the pain is to put 1 drop of Oreganol Oil (P-73) in a small shot glass of water, swish it and drink it down. Some yoga moves help as does a colonic massage, but never fiber. Adding fiber to a backed up system is like adding more cars to a traffic jam.
I might make a video of it on its own but I have mentioned it many times. The video I made on low stomach acid: ruclips.net/video/7kagx0-BPvU/видео.htmlsi=QCCAagFQmKi7Ofxg
I followed Fodmap in the past but there are very few types of food that I can eat due to regular Diverticulitis, IBS and being Coeliac ( British spelling ) and vegetarian . So, ended up losing too much weight and feeling hungry and not enjoying the food I was eating . I was miserable. So I stopped with Fodmap . ( I don’t eat Broccoli , cauliflower etc . I do eat mushrooms , garlic ) I do the cat position when I can as used to do when I did it during Pilates . I should do it more. It’s not always possible to go for a short walk during winter or if one isn’t well .
Can you please make a vid on Diverticulitis . I also am Coeliac ( And have IBS ) . A doctor told me that the two go together . I know that bone broth is good for Diver but I can’t eat that as I’m allergic to meat and am now vegetarian .
Unfortunately a lot of healthy foods tend to make some people bloat. Dairy for me is one of the biggest offenders. (I've read some comment where people say it's the pateurizing which causes issues and that raw milk is better) What's your thought on this?
If you experience bloating from gum, then it may best to avoid it. Gums made with natural sugar alcohols like xylitol may help decrease the acid production of oral bacteria, which is what causes cavities.

Really impressed, thank you.
The more carbs in eat, the gassier I get. When I don’t eat any sugar or processed food and limit my overall carb intake, I get no gas or bloating.

The pain 🥺🥺
You aren't alone. I feel bloated today.
My recommendation (apart from "wind" exercises): colon massage, rest and digest meditation and breathing exercises
