If you haven't yet, check for h. Pylori infection. When your gut is weakened it can take over and can cause so many symptoms it's hard to diagnose on your own.

I have to take lactose which is prescribed but works in mins. It causes all toxins to go out of the body. I am in liver failure and need a transplant. I have to take lactose to keep my ammonia levels low. I'm supposed to eat healthier foods without red meat but I dont know what to eat that is healthy for my liver. Anyone have any suggestions? @Hope. Remember she said that if you try these things and still feel bloated you will need to see your doctor. You may have other medical issues that may cause constant bloating.

I have digestive issues from 1 1/2years of disordered eating and over exercising. I have not had my period for 10 months. But one thing I struggle with now is BLOATING and early satiety(upon other things but I'm only mentioning this). And things that has helped me is taking probiotic and prebiotic supplement in the morning and doing a light workout such as at home Pilates.

I would hope that everyone commenting on their terrible bloating has consulted their physician to rule out a serious problem. Bloating and digestive issues can be indicative of many things from allergies to cancer. A good friend was just diagnosed with ovarian cancer, bloating was her main symptom.

Ive been drinking 32 ounces of water upon waking for the last 12 years. It wakes me up, hydrates me and moves my bowels. I also intermittent fast every day for 16-18 hrs. It’s wonderful!!
Take magnesium and potassium tablets, it will not fail to make you go number two. You still have to drink water, fruits and veggies. I get constipated if I eat carbs and processed foods, sugar, or drink milk. I also have a spoonful of organic apple cider vinegar if I do get bloated together with some water. Good luck!

Try to take toothbrush first before you drink so the taste won't be that bad
Don't have the water as hot or stew the tea for too long, that makes it more bitter
also , not drinking water while having food will help with this problem

Ive been drinking 32 ounces of water upon waking for the last 12 years. It wakes me up, hydrates me and moves my bowels. I also intermittent fast every day for 16-18 hrs. It’s wonderful!!

Take magnesium and potassium tablets, it will not fail to make you go number two. You still have to drink water, fruits and veggies. I get constipated if I eat carbs and processed foods, sugar, or drink milk. I also have a spoonful of organic apple cider vinegar if I do get bloated together with some water. Good luck!

Hello Joanna. I love your videos. They have helped me make my own gym routine, but I am having trouble keeping up with my diet. Everything goes smoothly till 6-7.30 pm. I start getting cravings and usually grab something sweet to eat. Hope u could make a video about how to stop those cravings after dinner time. ❤️
Eating more protein in lunch and a small snack at around 3 pm (like 15-20 grams of nuts) may help.
