I never realized the importance of what food you are consuming and when you are consuming them when trying to build muscle and become lean. I thought working out was sufficient enough and the less you eat, the more results you will see. Apparently that isn’t the case. Thank you for this informative video!

My protein smoothies are like 450 calories. It's a meal! I feel like I'd gain too much weight if I added essentially a fourth meal. My smoothies have banana and oat milk w protein powder and collagen and usually a nut butter or spinach or berries

Oof, I was doing the Chloe ting workout and in the first week it worked my belly was smaller and I was on a diet, but in the second week it was back to what it was, even tho I didn’t changed anything I kept eating the same, now I’ll try this!
You need to go on a calorie deficit diet I recommend the one from the "VSHRED" app if your stomach stores food in your belly for when it notices that you're starving yourself, but with a calorie deficit you can loose weight and eat the meals that fill you up! Much love I hope this helped ⭐

My question is, if I workout at 7pm and bedtime is 11pm, could I get away with a protein shake and a big bowl of steamed veggies post workout? Rather than a full dinner? Wooah, thank goodness I've doing it right all these time. What I do is eat a small breakfast at 8:00am and then start working out at 10:30am. I finish at around 11:40am-12:00pm and then eat my lunch. I eat very clean though :))

I exercise at 12am I eat a large fruit and veggie salad 30 minutes before. I bring coconut water and a scoop of protein powder at the gym while I work out. I do carbs or protein after and for dinner more carbs and protein

I like to eat 3-4 protein pancakes before a workout along with some creatine. Gives me a solid boost of energy and opens a window cold protein synthesis about 4hrs. Enough time for a workout, little rest and time to make another meal afterwards 💪

You can do her 10,000 steps video until it's easy enough and she made a video that is an upgrade. They are really good and low impact. As for the timing that is according to you, your food and activity. Many people say its about 1/2kg per week ideally but there is ups and downs even if you are doing everything right, so keep it up and don't be discouraged Hope you reach you goal..
Hi, as always informative. :) My question is, I like to train in the evenings, let's say after 9.00-10.00 pm and then go to sleep. I don't now why, but I really get motivated in the evenings. I have tried to work out mornings or during the day, but it's not working for me. In this case how should I eat? Will I have muscle protein breakdown, because I don't have post workout meal? Or does my body function differently late evenings?

You can do her 10,000 steps video until it's easy enough and she made a video that is an upgrade. They are really good and low impact. As for the timing that is according to you, your food and activity. Many people say its about 1/2kg per week ideally but there is ups and downs even if you are doing everything right, so keep it up and don't be discouraged

My question is, I like to train in the evenings, let's say after 9.00-10.00 pm and then go to sleep. I don't now why, but I really get motivated in the evenings. I have tried to work out mornings or during the day, but it's not working for me. In this case how should I eat? Will I have muscle protein breakdown, because I don't have post workout meal? Or does my body function differently late evenings?
