He never said fast food will cause bloating, he said it will make you feel full and more difficult to digest which will sit on your stomach. Not that he said it, but it will add to a being bloated issue, as that food will sit while bloating is present. You think it matters what food group the cucumber is in? Garlic has health benefits but can cause bloating. I would only avoid it if you have severe bloating and need it to go away. Garlic doesn’t make me bloat but everyone is different.
