This video has changed my life. I started just a little over a month ago. It took me a week to make it from start to finish in 1 session. I would start from the beginning every morning and ever night. I got inspired and changed my diet. By week two, I was able to do the full video twice a day. I went from 126 to 111 lbs. I am healthier and stronger than I have ever been at 33 years old. I have friends coming over to share the video and start their journey too. I can touch my toes and I am beginning to see definition in my arms and abs. Thank you Adrienne, for making me a healthier mom, wife, and dental hygienist.

I have been doing yoga with Adrienne for about 3 years now 3-5 times a week. I have also been going through depression since September 2021 and struggling to get through even a 20 minute video..the weight gain is not helpful either! Just keep trucking along each day and trying to be better tomorrow than I am today!

Yes, I just finished the 30 days journey -23, and I thought it really did some great. Then I only maybe did yoga every week, like before the challenge. This was really HARD! I don't know why, but my legs kept shaking like crazy and my back have been hurting. Felt nothing in my stomach. Must get back to this video in the future and see ☺️ Now I will try yoga around 15-30 minutes every day and see. But I feel much sits in my head, I didn't say "only", that is the hardest part to challenge.

I can relate so much to this. Ever since I have had graves disease and recovered from it 2 years ago, now with depression and low motivation, I have been having such a difficult time getting back into yoga. I have tried looking for alternative means of exercise but my will is non existent, now I want to get back into it and hope I can. Let us do the best we can, as long as we showed up, we have succeeded ^^

I can bench and squat crazy weight, run for an hour straight. I can kill it in the gym and wake up sore to do it again the next day. THIS VIDEO HUMBLED ME. I realize now that doing crazy reps with crazy weights doesn't necessarily make you strong in application. I just started my yoga journey, and I didn't come into it with the right mindset. I was thinking "this will be easy, it's just something new to keep me active," and I was wrong. Thank you Adriene, for humbling me before I start this journey. This is going to be a challenge! And I can't wait.

Had the same realization when I had to stop training competitively for rowing 😅 I thought I could ease up by trading lifting, erging and running for 30+ minute yoga flows. Lol I suddenly realized what my physical therapist had meant when she mentioned tiny stabilizing muscles that aren’t typically targeted through even rigorous fitness regimens.

***** I've tried to see one of these videos and stopped at 15 minutes because they still hadn't started to give you the information. Do they ACTUALLY say anything at the end or do they keep on treating us like retards for 45 minutes and make us pay money to subscribe and still not say anything?
"I'll give you a tip, but first, I'll say empty sentences for 15 minutes. Then I'll give you the most groundbreaking tip. But let me say something else that doesn't matter first and define the problem AGAIN, and then I'll give you a tip. But first...."

In all seriousness though she's a freaking angel and I think everyone should do her videos even if they just listen to her positive mindset. She's as calming as Bob Ross to me and that means alot 💕

Making yoga with Adriene is so much fun, sometimes I can barely hold a posture because she makes me laugh a lot (feels weird when you're on your own following a RUclips channel), no matter whether is a 2013 video or a 2020 lockdown, she is genuinely pure love and keeps reminding everyone how to control your breath during each session.
I adore her teaching tactics even when I am unable to follow and have to pause seven times to catch up haha!
    Stay healthy, stay well everyone

lm surprised at the comments about being annoyed with her talking in this video. She's HUMAN, she's real, she's funny and her complete down-to-earthiness (that doesn't sound exactly right) is exactly what drew me to Yoga with Adriene 2 years ago and has kept me coming back ever since! Never change, Adriene! Namaste 🙏🏼

Thank you for generously sharing your session. i work with seniors (yes, seniors older than me) and each day I am reminded how important it is to stay flexible. July to September I've done just half of the sets day and night following a LCIF diet and I vividly remember myself crying because I was too heavy to do the entire video in one go. I was 148 lbs. then. I am now 126 lbs. and losing weight slowly and steadily every day - still unable to do the entire video even with my new found stronger core and increased flexibility. HAHA. So don't get discouraged if you can't. My goal is 120 lbs. and I am still getting there. But I am happy that this video is still helping others 7 and going 8 years into the future.

I’ve been doing Yoga with Adriene for just about two months now. Just completed day 10 of Home, and decided to re-attempt this workout after starting and giving up on it a month and a half ago. I definitely needed to take breaks at times and felt frustrated with myself, but I tried my best and made it to the end of the video. I recently made the decision to lose weight and Adriene has helped me learn to love my body as it is and to be patient with myself. It’s a marathon, not a race. Best of luck to all of you out there.

Hopefully this will make it a little easier to find the videos and other content we've been creating. From now on you'll be able to find all of the videos right here on this page. Thanks for watching!
And in case you missed it, here's our most popular video so far. And it's 40 minutes long! #yoga

+Yoga With Adriene I have been using this WeightLossGreenStoretea product since Sept 2015. It has helped me in a lot of ways. Curbed my appetite, I don't have strong cravings for food like I used to and my sleeping has improved. This product also has helped with my mood.... a lot. Drink lots of water with this and also continue to exercise. I have lost weight and with the other benefit's this brings, I love it. Thank you Cynthia at WeightLossGreenStoretea for the great feed back and my free bottle!

Just wanted to add to these loving comments - so grateful for finding this channel!! In one week I've gone from struggling to do this workout to being able to do it twice (with a five minute break in between) and that is not something I thought I would be able to do. I can see a difference in my strength and core in particular, but, more importantly, I feel so much better in myself, my energy and motivation. Thank you Adrienne!!

Had a breakdown 7 minutes into this. This video really let me understand how much I didn't love myself, didn't love my body that I let it get into this bad shape. It's 22:26 I'm laying here on my yoga mat, sobbing, because it really hit me, that I'm a dumbass who didn't take care of myself, I really hope that ill find strength to come back to this and other weight loss videos of yours and ill lose those 20kg. I'm a 16-year-old girl who weights 79kg and it really doesn't boost my confidence. I really hated exercising all my life. because I prefer spending my free time calmly, not moving or talking a lot. its just how I am. I really do believe that yoga will let me step out of this dark hole that I'm in rn.

Don't let yourself psych you out. I feel what you shared. I am soooooo not a fan of sweating but yoga has been my answer. There is so much more to yoga then sweating it's the inner stuff that I think is the best. Be kind to yourself. Start on videos that you can do. Adriene has great beginners videos. When I started I went too tough and almost quit. But I found the vids that matched my level then moved up. The 30 series.... any of them are great.

I lost 4kg and I want to lose 8kg more to get back to my old weight and training, and your comment gave me motivation to keep going. You're my hero! I'm 23, 4' 11", 220lbs. The thought of yoga just seemed impossible to me. A week with you, starting with the 40min workout for beginners and yesterday I got through this video. It was difficult, I was swearing at you but I did it. Today I was too sore to feel up to doing this again and went back to the beginners video. The thought that I still felt strong enough to do another 40min workout is a testament to how encouraging you are. I haven't worked out in 2 years but with you I'm actually excited to do it and I don't feel like I'm forcing myself. I love that feeling.

I'm pretty much your size, 5'2" and 210 lbs, and the 30 days videos were such a good introduction to all of this. This was my first ever yoga video and I was just about to die on my first attempt. I remember cursing for like 50% of the video and while I did finish the routine without pausing the video (but taking a one-second break here and there) my entire body was sore the next day. So, I decided to go easy on myself and started the 30-day challenge with Adrienne. Today was Day 10 and since it was just 12 minutes long, I decided to come back to this video again. Wow, I probably only cursed once and only took two one-second breaks. Can't believe how a mere 10 days with Adrienne (the videos weren't even that challenging and only about 30 minutes or shorter each) had improved my body strength by such a tremendous amount! So, if you're like me, don't give up! Start the 30-day challenge and you'll feel like you're much more in control of your body after that!

This video was such a challenge to my core. I had to pause it at the 8 minute mark because the "fire" was too much. Took a quick rest and dove back in. 23 minute mark i'm shaking, out of breath and have started to puddle on the mat. This is going to be such a fun journey. (posted Dec 9, 2019)

After having tried the video about 4-5 times, today was the first time I managed to complete it!! I am so proud I didn't give up! Have been working out at home using a variety of videos for the past 3 years, but this one was really hard to follow. We are used to multitasking even while we are working out (watching other videos, checking our phone etc.), but doing yoga with Andriene is really teaching me to be in the moment and focus on what I am doing. Thank you so much Andriene! I am so lucky to have discovered you! Lots of love from Greece! :-)

Before discovering Adrienne’s videos, I had never thought of doing yoga. I also never knew yoga could qualify as legit exercise. I’m on day 5 of doing this video. I’m happy to say that, for the first time, I got through the video without stopping, and it also felt much easier and natural. Also, this video has helped me bring down my high blood pressure, something I struggle with frequently. Yoga is the only exercise I could see myself doing consistently. I will be coming back to this video with more updates as I continue this yoga journey, if anyone is interested.

Again, wanting to break from my normal yoga routine, I google searched and found you.. How delightful and real you are.. You have a lifetime subscriber. Thank you! Don't stop being normal, with you little antidotes and nonsense talk.. Makes it very comfortable!!

I've done a few of your different videos, Adriene, and I just tried this one, and it is by far my favorite!!!!! I'm new to yoga, and (although this video was difficult) I just felt this complete stillness about halfway through, and it was the weirdest but also best feeling I've ever had in my life. I felt like I could just stand there forever. THANK YOU!

I was 134 pounds now I am 124. I often mix this video with a cardio routine later on, or do this video twice a day. I rarely comment but I must say that out of all the yoga channels I've tried yours is by far the one I enjoy the most. You're a really warm person and your approach to this discipline is really helpful, as many other yoguis do great routines but assume that all the guidance we need is a direction of poses. Your step-by-step way of guiding people while adding in a little humor, and assuring us that it's ok if we're unable to follow through completely at first is really reassuring. Thanks for everything! :)
