Whether you are looking to get comfortable in your swimwear or just more agile to move with the spring breeze let's start with this 20 min practice that moves us swiftly but mindfully.
    This 20-minute vinyasa practice is designed to help you build strength and endurance - mindfully. Yoga Tone invites strong breath to help tone the body!     I just want to personally thank you Adrienne. I started your programs 94 days ago and between your programs and a new plant based diet I was not only able to lose 42lbs, whoot whoot 🤗🤗, but because of your delightful spirit, I was able to start smiling again!! 😆 keep rocking it on sista , and thanks for helping me "find what feels good !!!"😘✌

      Hi! I wanted say congratulations!! I found this channel and I want to start work out with these amazing programs but I didn't know where to start, is this 20 minute video enough to lose weight or should I combine two programs?

      This 20 minute program is enough to warm up for actual exercise. You won't lose weight just by doing this unless you also become a lot stricter with your diet (the key part of losing weight anyway).

    ENERGY - Jan 2025 Day 23 "I am strong." Today I allowed myself a moment of vanity, admiring my toned legs and acknowledging my strength in the upper body/shoulders and how strong I have become mentally. Last year was one of my hardest years ever, filled with painful losses and challenges way beyond my comfort zone. (Heck, my comfort zone was so far behind me, I couldn't even see it anymore.) I am so grateful to Adriene for keeping me going and being there for me every day with a yoga practice that miraculously was just what I needed at that moment. Adriene, you have been my anchor, my daily companion in my own home whenever I roll out my mat. Thank you for being so kind, for showing us your playful and funny side, and for your unending generosity!

    I just did this for the first time after a long bout of self induced un-health. I’ve never felt weaker in my body than I do now and I’m disappointed with myself. At one point I had to stop and take a break, and I just stared at my arms and thought “I used to be so strong”. A few seconds later you said to say “I am strong!” I never say stuff out loud when I’m alone but I whispered it with tears in my eyes. It was the perfect response. Thank you for this.

      Enjoy the process ♡ try to read your body, notice small improvements every day. It's magical ♡ Instead of being disappointed you'll be proud of yourself. See it like if you were your own scientist observing your body. But do it every single day ♡

    This was one of the first of Adriene's videos I found and I did it daily for awhile, feeling myself get stronger. Since then I've followed several of the 30 day programs and practiced with lots of videos on the calendar. I came back to this video today. I'm older and it's a little harder than when I started, but I feel stronger when I do it. Thank you, Adriene. You got me through the pandemic, and now you're keeping me flexible and strong as I approach 70.

    I started crying at “I am strong” bc I was sweaty and exhausted. Then I thought about how far I’ve come, that I’m so much stronger than I was before. I thought about how my body loves this and how loose and good I feel, and I held on to that happiness to center myself ☺️

    I really enjoyed this practice. Did not even mind the Warrior :-) as I can feel a little bit more strength since the Prana journey. The question mark for me these days is always whenever yoou say "engage your core/ centre".

    ENERGY 🧘‍♀ | January 23, 2025 | I came to the mat a little later in the day than usual and I worried I wouldn't have enough energy for this practice. But I felt pretty strong (except in the boatcycles which I could really feel today 😅) and it warmed me up nicely on another cold winter day. Feeling very zen now to move into my evening! 🙏

    I made the glorious realization today that I'm enjoying being challenged in my yoga practice. what??? I haven't done many of the "yoga for weight loss" videos before January's calendar and so far, I've loved all of them. I'm the type of person to sigh in relief when I see that the video on the calendar is slow and focused on stretching, but this far in my yoga journey on the more challenging videos, I can feel my progress. I still can't fly in crow pose yet, but I feel the strength in my arms in a plank and ease when my heels occasionally find the floor in downward dog. I'm proud of myself and all of you for being here in whatever way you can. I'm happy to be here.

    "I am strong." Today, the corona virus reached a new level here, and my daily routine will change a lot. More difficult to organize my studies and more worries about my close ones. This mantra helps. I CAN handle it :) Let's be strong together!

    Awesome yoga practice Adriene. 👏 it's so powerful, and up lifting, I definitely needed that today. I've felt exhausted, and unwell with lots of body pains, and an awful headache today. I've only started to feel better this evening, and that was because of a 5 hour nap. So this yoga practice was a nice boost, and reset to my bodies energy, thank you Adriene. ❤ I loved the gentle rhythmical pattern to this practice, it was really nice to just switch off my thinking mind, and just follow the pattern, and my breath. 😌 Great practice, I can't wait to see you again tomorrow.     I used to always feel bad about my body image, my weight, my appearance. I felt like I didn't look 'good enough for a girl'. Then one day my teacher, through virtual class said that we needed to care of ourselves, and suggested your yoga videos. I looked them up, and actually tried it! From then on, I could finally feel my legs and stretch them properly. My muscles feel very happy! I have been following along with your videos for a week now and already feel more flexible, calm, and confident. And the mantra, 'I am strong' did make me giggle on Day 1, but I soon later came to accept it, thanks to you. Thanks so much Adriene!! :)

    I had avoided this one for a while because of the words "weight loss" -- I'm very intentional about resisting bringing fatphobia into my yoga. But it came up in root and I didn't pay attention to the name before I did it. I'm genuinely so glad because I absolutely loved it. I completely understand why it was brought into root because it was genuinely a really grounding practice (and also really fun!). Whats more, I didn't notice any body shame coming up for me or like I was introducing any new purposes for doing yoga that had to do with what my body looks like (stability and strength yeah). I'm holding onto this one to return to again-- top 3 of my favourite intensive short videos!
    I said this on another video but Root is really resonating with me so far and I know we have more videos coming up that are on my favourites list. Sending so much gratitude for the labour that went into preparing this month.

      Its not fat phobic to lose weight. Fat phobia is judging someone/being rude/ treating someone differently because they are fat
      However weight loss can be good it means youre taking an act to be healthy if youre overweight or if youre not but would like a lower weight thats okay too because youre bettering yourself the way you see fit just be kind and love your body no matter what state its in 💕

    This practice is The icing on the cake. After 2 Vshred practices, one to catch up…..one for tomorrow so when I fly home I do today’s DOR. R2D30 and R2D32 April 3, 2023. Side note. First time doing this practice. There are a few left I haven’t done. Shockin’

    hi adriene i just started doing your gentle yoga after 4 yrs of not practicing and i am already seeing results. my circulation problems r decreasing i sleep better now. your voice ,your vibe i am grateful i found u. my 4 yr old daughter also joins me with her tiny mat giggling and saying i am a dog lol. sending my deepest gratitude

    I maintain that you saved my life and mobility Adriene, after a debilitating stroke, I found your videos and they are changing my life! Thank you Adriene!!!     I have a back and hip problem. I was considering going to a surgeon but then I started yoga with Adriene 3 weeks ago. I still wake up with pain but after daily practice i am pain free for most of the day, which is an awesome improvement. Thank you Adriene!

    Day15 of KISS, over half way through ! This practice was a toughie for me but so needed, a flowing vinyasa workout, senior yogis unite and love the experience knowing we can do this !     Day 20 of Courage, this was a powerful 20 minute workout for this senior yogi but it was also slow and kind and afterwards leaves me with an awesome whole body tingle. I just breathed through with you Adriene, enjoying the flow and feeling satisfied for today🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💞

    ROOT 🌳 | April 4, 2023 | It's been a minute since we saw this practice on the calendar! I'm glad I did it mid-day while my energy was still pretty high, it was perfect to warm up and get the whole body involved.     Adriene, you have been so important in my life over the past year and a half. I can't thank you enough!! With your videos and dieting I lost 55 pounds!!!     Day 15 of Yoga KISS and after a particularly lazy Saturday I was not ready to do my nightly yoga. Luckily, I made myself show up and I'm not disappointed at all! This practice lit a fire in me and I will definitely be coming back to this flow when it's needed!

    I have been doing yoga for 20 years now on and off it have to say Adriene is the best teacher ever. I have been doing yoga with Adriene everyday now for 18 months and I love how it makes me feel. I have just completed the yoga for weight loss one and I feel I have really worked out. Thank you.

    Going on day 12 of being sick, and I'm finally starting to feel a little more like myself again. I modified this practice a little still, but wow, it was amazing to feel how much I could do, where even just yesterday it would've been a lot harder. Ah, it has been so hard to miss out on the things I love. I'm working hard to rest hard, and I'm so so grateful to see that it is finally making a difference. Thanks for this❣

    April Day 3! I am more sweaty than I expected for a 20 min video. I’m going to be adding strength training to my yoga routine soon but I’m not sure I’m ready 😅 However this practice made me realize I can do it, ready or not!

    I've got to start by saying, "Thank You, Adriene". These videos are
    awesome. I am about to turn 60 and have been doing Yoga for 6-7 month
    and it is the best part of my day. Today I will complete "Camp 16" and
    add "Yoga for weight loss" to get 35 minutes of exercise. The best part
    about yoga is you can take any video and turn it down, or turn it up
    depending on where you are on that day. I need a good session and I
    feel good, so I am cranking it up today. Thanks Again.

    you are seriously helping me get my strength and flexibility back for dance. Although i love yoga, dancing is my passion, and through yoga, i have been able to get back into it (I had treatment this past year and was bedridden for a month). Ever since my insurance cut my physical therapy, you have been my go to. I can't wait to put a song to my steps again. Namaste, Adriene. You are such a loving, kind, and giving soul!

    Done yoga for 2 weeks and a half now and I'm really loving it. This is my favourite one so far. And you definitely the best yoga instructor on yt. I actually understood what I was doing and when I needed to reposition my hips, feet or arms.

    Thank you so much for everything you do! I've lost sixty pounds over the course of this past year and I owe a lot of it to your vinyasa sequences. I have a health condition that prevents me from being able to do a lot of the high intensity workouts people push. Your slower sequences have really been a blessing for me!

    I love that you don't talk about weight loss in this video or fat burning or anything negative. While searching weight loss yoga videos I tried a few and didn't like that. This is perfect for me to do with my daughter around so she doesn't hear all that. You are such a joy to watch. I love your quirky personality. I am really glad I found you!

    I did this video today - I've been using your videos nearly every day for the last couple of months to cultivate a home practice. And today, I really believed it when I said "I am strong"! Because I am so much stronger now - Vinyasas hold no terror anymore, andfor the first time ever, I touched the ground in Triangle pose today. Thank you so much, Adriene.

    This is my first class in several years- I need to build my core strength and muscle at 63. Great class! - wonderfully clear instructions and a perfect pace. Back too tight for one exercise - I look forward to taking the back stretch classes to loosen my back after too much decluttering/ re arranging in Lockdown activity! Thank you Adrienne for sharing these classes ❤️

    I'm here after Revolution! I've started your January series 3 years in a row, and this was the first time I actually finished it, without skipping any days. I prioritized my yoga time (me time) and it was such a great 30 days that it never felt like I was doing it because I had to - I wanted to be there. So much so that I'm comitting to the calendar this month!

    I think I'm going to try and do this at least every other day.
    (Update!)
    It's been over a year and I haven't done this every other day, no surprise.
    But, I am getting back on the mat after about 3 months of not doing yoga and I feel amazing after this.

    I used to find yoga frustrating and didn't think it was doing anything useful for my body. Thank you for proving me wrong! Not only has it changed my body, but has also been incredibly beneficial for my mental health. I appreciate your energy and outlook on life, and now look forward to doing your at home yoga practices every day. I especially enjoy when my cat syncs up with Benji :) Thank you for helping me find what feels good!

    I love how easy it is to flow with you and just close my eyes and trust your voice. 22 minutes of yoga with you feels like 2 minutes. It's never enough!
