Energy day 14 🎉 thank you, Adriene, I liked this practice although my body was not prepared for this today and it will definitely be feeling it tomorrow 🤣 but so glad I made time for it, even though I now wish I had done it earlier in the day and not just before getting ready for bed 🤦🏼♀️, I never seem to learn that late night practicing is not the one for me, unless its relaxing, calming or a wind down 😂. 💖🧘🏼♀️🙏🏻

January 2025: Energy - Day 14❤ Oh My Lawd. I felt this. Even had a drop of sweat rolling down. Felt great when I was done. Even tho I had to take a couple of quick breaks in some places I wasn't dissapointed in myself. Old me would've been. Thanks for the heat!

I returned to this video for the first time in a long while and boy, my daily yoga practice has slowly but surely paid off! For the first time ever doing this video I was able to hold the side planks without using my one leg as a kickstand and I managed to do all the push ups with my knees lifted!! Thanks so much Adriene you are really helping me to change and grow mindfully ❤️
I completed the 30 day challenge and have moved myself into a 60 day challenge with your other videos. I have lost 47 lbs (18 of that since I started yoga with Adriene)... THANK YOU! I haven't mastered all the moves yet but I'm improving by the day. Not only is it helping my health but my well being. Thank you for your videos and turning me into a yogi obsessed nut! LOL. :D

At my lowest point in life i started yoga. I done the same video every day and would add another random one. My inspiration was an anime that fuled my love for ice skating and dancing. I done that routine for years till an ex forbid me from doing anything without him so i stopped. I started again but less motivated since my progress was lost. I decided to do workout videos and have yoga just for stretching and balance forgetting thats not all its for I never found a workout video that would cater to my needs. Slow paced with variations due to my els danlos syndrome. I decided id try again with this one and not once did i cry from pain in my joints or feel i couldnt do it and i feel more sore than i have with any workout video. Im so happy ypu reignited my love for yoga, my body, and all the sensations i feel
Oh man. Over the years I've been ignoring my practices and focusing more on cardio. I've been blowing my money on a gym pass and I've been playing around with the idea of buying an expensive spin bike. Thank you for reminding me that all I really need is my mat, my heart and some positive guidance. This was tougher and more centering than any day at the gym. Namaste Adriene.

i have been using your videos to help me recover from a year of chemotherapy and the subsequent loss of strength/balance associated with it. I started using your videos in dec 2014. At that time, I could barely reach my knees when standing, and now I can do the crane pose. It's not much, but its a start. I love your videos. They are easy to follow, and they are so feel good motivating. You make me smile while pushing me to finish. I feel refreshed without feeling worn-out, which is very important to me. I don't want to over-do it with a work-out video. Thank you for the time you put into these videos, and for making them available to the public.
I'm 15 months post partum and of all the challenges I tried, this in particular worked the lower abs I've been trying to feel the burn in lol. THANK YOU ADRIENE, I feel my body reaching it's potential even after trying this only once. I feel hope in recovering my abdomen :) great video.
I swapped Day 9 of RESET for this one ! I had to modify some of this to suit my body and did my version. Maybe at 73 this is a bit of a challenge but I breathed through and it was good ! 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💞

Awesome practice for Day 24 of Courage, senior yogi push ups on knees, side planks my version 😉, toe taps ok and abs work really good. My first time doing this sequence. Adriene's encouragements are my all time favourite. It comes just at the right time and not in a sports movie kind of way which really could not do its work on me. This is (personally) just the right kind of positivity I need, as I am someone who never liked a team sport and prefer karate, for instance, where I can be busy with my own thoughts throughout. sure! no worries! Honestly, I practice about three times a week. I try to do more if I can. I do get some other exercise (light walking ect.) but other than that I just watch what I eat. It took me about 5 months to lose it but I think I did it in a very healthy way. I don't know if you plan on losing weight but yoga and counting calories was my secret! I eat about 1200 calories a day when I'm trying to cut down. =D

I decided to start yoga this week for many reasons. I did a research on yt and I found you. I tried and accomplished three sessions with you and today I divided to do this. Well, when I saw 27 minutes I told myself that I would never. While doing it I said well its too long. Then I noticed that I was at the 18th minute and I was solo happy and eventually did the whole session. It is 10pm and I couldn't let my day go by without exercise. Thank you for the motivation and for the great videos. ❤️
Who's here in 2020? This video reminded me of the last time I attempted to do a plank, two years ago when I was teaching in China and downloaded several of her videos. I got pretty descent at plank and even side planks, but now I could barely hold my own. But I surely felt the challenge and the strengthening throughout this practice.
I know what you mean! I started about 2 months ago as a real Mrs. Couch potato...For 3 weeks I habe been doing some harder sessions...oh... my abs are still weak, but it feels so good and satisfying after completing the sequence.
I've been doing your videos for beginners for a couple days in a row now so I decided I felt strong enough to try something new. This video was probably one of the best workouts I've had in a long time. And by that, it worked my entire body. I honestly couldn't keep up with everything, but I'm excited to continue watching this video over and over until I can perform all of the moves. Thank you so much for making this!

This is a great, not too hard to follow weight loss program. You get plenty to eat. I used to do this one a lot when I started my weight loss journey and avoided it for a long time but gave it a try again today because I wanted to test my progress after ~ 2 years of doing these videos. it was certainly still challenging and i was sweating a lot haha but I'm way less dead after and I managed to do the poses (esp. side plank) a lot easier and longer so yeah, i'm just happy about my progress and thankful for your videos!
Adrienne, I love your stuff! I’ve been a high intensity person when I work out for the last 15 years....never was interested in yoga, but since I’ve aged with some painful joint and back issues, I have resorted to yoga. This is my go-to practice. I do it several days weekly for the strength building, the breathing, and the way it centers me. Abs of steel AND peace....a winning combo.
Day 24 Courage June 2020 - Just when I thought I was getting used to the pace of the Courage calendar, this video came along! Tough work, but I’m planning to revisit next month and see how I do!
This is the first ab workout where I did not strain my neck trying to do crunches. This style of yoga is fantastic and I look forward to doing more strength yoga sessions. The breathing techniques and movements really helped me unwind and relax. Your instructions are also clear and you have a nice calm speaking voice. Thank you!
This really took me to the edge! I am feeling very tired today, which didn't help. I was able to keep going with all the floor exercises, but couldn't sustain many reps with each of the plank exercises. Child's pose was always so good! Thank you Adriene xx Namaste 💟💟
I did two of your videos a day for a good 3 or 4 days in a row (on shorter video and a longer video) last week, i took a three day break (i was helping my family move into a new house, otherwise i would've started the week again earlier). Yesterday I looked at myself in the mirror and i noticed that my lower stomach looked slightly toned ( I am 5'1" and am around 125lbs so I am chubby and my belly button kinds droops). I have been struggling with finding exercises that will actually help me reduce my stomach fat and help me tighten up what was left over from what I lost during a depression period early last year ( i had lost 25 pounds), and I am very glad that i found your videos. I hope to stick with them and see where they take me as I have been very insecure and unhappy with my body for many years. I turn 20 in May, and i would like to get as fit as i can before then as a gift to myself, and also a start of a promise that my 20s will be the best years of my life as i will take better care of myself physically and mentally. thank you adriene

Been practicing daily yoga with Adriene for about two months now and I can definitely say this practice kicked my butt the most! It literally hurts to sneeze lol, but in a good way. Counting isn't my thing either, so every time she said "just do five more," I'd say the names of people important to me (aka the members of my favorite kpop group hahaha). I'm rather slow so she'd always be done before I reached the last person, but I didn't want to leave anyone behind so I powered through!
What an awesome way to push yourself! I'm going to start doing this, too. It's like using my effort and energy as a tribute to them. namaste, sweet soul.

I’ve been doing sort of restore and relax yoga with Adriene recently after dedicate journey. Finally kicked myself to do more power yoga and I am so glad I picked and did this one - sort of nice to feel the power I have again and remind myself I can do it. I can't believe how this relaxed practice got me sweating and sore. Not a high intensity exercise, it goes about it a relaxed manner and before you know it, you are done with the practice. These are the best effective workouts I have ever come across and I am gonna keep ding these. It only does good to my body, but cleanses my mind and lets me think clearer. Sorry to reply to such an old post but wanted to share what I've recently discovered in case it's the same for you: if you have a natural menstrual cycle ie no pill, your strength & endurance can change depending on estrogen & progesterone levels. All my 'PB's have been to within a day of ovulation. I couldn't believe it when I found out! hth! xxx

I'm 15 months post partum and of all the challenges I tried, this in particular worked the lower abs I've been trying to feel the burn in lol. THANK YOU ADRIENE, I feel my body reaching it's potential even after trying this only once. I feel hope in recovering my abdomen :) great video.
I swapped Day 9 of RESET for this one ! I had to modify some of this to suit my body and did my version. Maybe at 73 this is a bit of a challenge but I breathed through and it was good ! 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💞

This was my 110th consecutive day of Yoga with Adriene and I practiced on my mat for the first time. Finally bought one after showing myself that a daily home practice was something I'd stick with. :)
Awesome practice for Day 24 of Courage, senior yogi push ups on knees, side planks my version 😉, toe taps ok and abs work really good. Such a heat building sequence, my arms let me down a little, I need to strengthen them more but that was amazing, now for my breakfast 😋 see you tomorrow on the mat Adriene, gosh more hard work I think ! 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️💞🙏

My first time doing this sequence. Adriene's encouragements are my all time favourite. It comes just at the right time and not in a sports movie kind of way which really could not do its work on me. This is (personally) just the right kind of positivity I need, as I am someone who never liked a team sport and prefer karate, for instance, where I can be busy with my own thoughts throughout. Thanks Adriene for not being the Facing The Giants coach.

sure! no worries! Honestly, I practice about three times a week. I try to do more if I can. I do get some other exercise (light walking ect.) but other than that I just watch what I eat. It took me about 5 months to lose it but I think I did it in a very healthy way. I don't know if you plan on losing weight but yoga and counting calories was my secret! I eat about 1200 calories a day when I'm trying to cut down. =D

I know this is frequently commented, but this was seriously the quickest 27 minutes of my life. felt like 5 minutes
I decided to start yoga this week for many reasons. I did a research on yt and I found you. I tried and accomplished three sessions with you and today I divided to do this. Well, when I saw 27 minutes I told myself that I would never. While doing it I said well its too long. Then I noticed that I was at the 18th minute and I was solo happy and eventually did the whole session. It is 10pm and I couldn't let my day go by without exercise. Thank you for the motivation and for the great videos. ❤️
Who's here in 2020? This video reminded me of the last time I attempted to do a plank, two years ago when I was teaching in China and downloaded several of her videos. I got pretty descent at plank and even side planks, but now I could barely hold my own. But I surely felt the challenge and the strengthening throughout this practice.
I know what you mean! I started about 2 months ago as a real Mrs. Couch potato...For 3 weeks I habe been doing some harder sessions...oh... my abs are still weak, but it feels so good and satisfying after completing the sequence.
I've been doing your videos for beginners for a couple days in a row now so I decided I felt strong enough to try something new. This video was probably one of the best workouts I've had in a long time. And by that, it worked my entire body. I honestly couldn't keep up with everything, but I'm excited to continue watching this video over and over until I can perform all of the moves. Thank you so much for making this!

This is a great, not too hard to follow weight loss program. You get plenty to eat. I used to do this one a lot when I started my weight loss journey and avoided it for a long time but gave it a try again today because I wanted to test my progress after ~ 2 years of doing these videos. it was certainly still challenging and i was sweating a lot haha but I'm way less dead after and I managed to do the poses (esp. side plank) a lot easier and longer so yeah, i'm just happy about my progress and thankful for your videos!
Adrienne, I love your stuff! I’ve been a high intensity person when I work out for the last 15 years....never was interested in yoga, but since I’ve aged with some painful joint and back issues, I have resorted to yoga. This is my go-to practice. I do it several days weekly for the strength building, the breathing, and the way it centers me. Abs of steel AND peace....a winning combo.

This is the first ab workout where I did not strain my neck trying to do crunches. This style of yoga is fantastic and I look forward to doing more strength yoga sessions. The breathing techniques and movements really helped me unwind and relax. Your instructions are also clear and you have a nice calm speaking voice. Thank you!
This really took me to the edge! I am feeling very tired today, which didn't help. I was able to keep going with all the floor exercises, but couldn't sustain many reps with each of the plank exercises. Child's pose was always so good! Thank you Adriene xx Namaste 💟💟
I did two of your videos a day for a good 3 or 4 days in a row (on shorter video and a longer video) last week, i took a three day break (i was helping my family move into a new house, otherwise i would've started the week again earlier). Yesterday I looked at myself in the mirror and i noticed that my lower stomach looked slightly toned ( I am 5'1" and am around 125lbs so I am chubby and my belly button kinds droops). I have been struggling with finding exercises that will actually help me reduce my stomach fat and help me tighten up what was left over from what I lost during a depression period early last year ( i had lost 25 pounds), and I am very glad that i found your videos. I hope to stick with them and see where they take me as I have been very insecure and unhappy with my body for many years. I turn 20 in May, and i would like to get as fit as i can before then as a gift to myself, and also a start of a promise that my 20s will be the best years of my life as i will take better care of myself physically and mentally. thank you adriene

Been practicing daily yoga with Adriene for about two months now and I can definitely say this practice kicked my butt the most! It literally hurts to sneeze lol, but in a good way. Counting isn't my thing either, so every time she said "just do five more," I'd say the names of people important to me (aka the members of my favorite kpop group hahaha). I'm rather slow so she'd always be done before I reached the last person, but I didn't want to leave anyone behind so I powered through!
What an awesome way to push yourself! I'm going to start doing this, too. It's like using my effort and energy as a tribute to them. namaste, sweet soul.

I’ve been doing sort of restore and relax yoga with Adriene recently after dedicate journey. Finally kicked myself to do more power yoga and I am so glad I picked and did this one - sort of nice to feel the power I have again and remind myself I can do it.

This workout was intense and relaxing at the same time, I feel my whole body humbling and toning! Adrian you are amazing!
I can't believe how this relaxed practice got me sweating and sore. Not a high intensity exercise, it goes about it a relaxed manner and before you know it, you are done with the practice. These are the best effective workouts I have ever come across and I am gonna keep ding these. It only does good to my body, but cleanses my mind and lets me think clearer. Sorry to reply to such an old post but wanted to share what I've recently discovered in case it's the same for you: if you have a natural menstrual cycle ie no pill, your strength & endurance can change depending on estrogen & progesterone levels. All my 'PB's have been to within a day of ovulation. I couldn't believe it when I found out! hth! xxx
