I know that yoga helped me to heal, and now my symptoms pop up once in a while, and they are not as severe. But that is because I learned about the magic of yoga, and how to help myself, to feel better in my body. Best of luck to you, be kind to yourself, and know that all will be well. Keep at it!

I was diagnosed with Lupus in 2016, then had a stroke shortly after. I have realized that what I put into my body from food to how I treat my body by exercising, plays a very important role in my longevity. After 4 years, I can say with confidence that eating an all organic vegan/vegetarian diet and exercise, including this yoga for the morning and night has drastically changed my life. I want to say thank you to Well and Good for suggesting her channel and thank you to Kassandra for showing me how to love myself. ❤️

I am so grateful for your yoga channel, Kassandra, because it helped me to get into the habit of doing yoga every day. And that means to feel good in many senses. Namaste.

Thank you so much Kassandra. I've been following your flows for a while now, and while I love them all, this might become my new favourite! This was so amazingly relaxing and exactly what I need after a long day. I'll be adding this stretch to my evenings from now on, it's so beneficial for easing everything up. Thank you again Kassandra, you're amazing ❤😊

Just started morning yogas a couple weeks ago.
I’m totally not flexible, so that’s why I started.
This was my first time doing it at night and it feels like I got kicked in the middle of my back.
I kind of like it! Namaste!

This is one of the best beginner video's I have watched yet. I like how you describe what to do as well as say names of some of the poses. It's easier to follow along without looking at the video too much. Other channels use just the pose names and I have to keep breaking my concentration to pick my phone up and look at what they are doing.

I've had a sore right side of my neck that extends into my right shoulder blade. I have been faithfully doing your chair yoga for people who need to implement due to past injuries from accidents or sports. Mine is a skating shoulder injury which needed 4 major surgeries. I now have lots of titanium in my arm and shoulder as a complete reverse shoulder replacement that extends down my humerus bone. The other is a major squash ball accident that resulted in a right Oxford knee with lots of titanium. This evening stretch routine really helps to level out any discomfort I get from the chair yoga. It feels good. Thank you Kassandra :) I don't often have any discomfort after the chair yoga. I think it happens when I over do it.

Its hard to do this with headphones in. My parents don't allow me to have electronics in my room when they want me asleep. So when I do this with headphones in its a little like this.
Instructor: Grab you knee and bring it to your chest.
    Me: Okay
My headphones: let's disconnect just to give her a little spice
    (They fall out and unplug)
    My head: CRAP CRAP CRAP!
Also me: Breathe in and release the tension.
