      Not all battle ropes are created equally, there's different qualities, you can buy thicker and heavier ropes etc which usually cost more so do the longer ropes even if you go directly to a rope manufacturer the price will almost always be similar to buying the slightly more expensive ones

    Battle ropes are great for cardio. Try doing intervals like 40 seconds of works and 20 seconds of rest. Just get to about 85 per cent of your max heart rate. Do that for 20 minutes.
    It's better than jump rope because you don't need any skill to do battle ropes.

    U never really know the full experience of Battle Rope until you’ve added it to your workout Ritually . It’s adds Mass to your arms shoulders and Back . Try doing 30 min battle rope then do your heavy lifting . You’ll see amazing results . Cut mixed with bulk , it’s the greatest combination .

      My arms already fall off when doing 3 swings with the rope. Yup, I am that far gone due to medicines and shit... so I have a long way to go before I even get up to 10 minutes, let alone 30 and than some other stuff.

      Sau Hing Yiu I've had a rope for a week...it definitely helps strengthen grip and forearm. I saw on another video how your grip shouldn't be overly tight so it's not blasting your forearms but it surely will help.

    • @rob2549
      @rob2549 3 года назад

      It will work the muscles mostly core and upper body but its mainly used for explosive power and cardio do a few sets of 10 to 20 reps and you'll be breathing harder than you would with other exercises.
