4 Minute Fat Burning Battle Rope Finisher Workout!

  • Hey guys! This is a quick fat burning workouts and full body conditioning that you can do as a finisher at the end of a workout. This workout is a tabata interval which means work on each exercise for 20 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds between each exercise. Keep going for 4 minutes (8 sets). Have fun!

      The ON3 yes I do. I strength train upper and lower body in addition to cardio which is 45 minutes. Then 20 more minutes with the battle ropes as a finisher 4x/ week. In addition to eating properly. Since the shutdown I’m home still getting in done.

    One of the most toughest things in a gym. Seems to simple but really difficult when starting out in a gym.

    Alex my man this is gold!! I really2 love this routine and it changed me sooo much since ive started it! I dont diet, do cardio like running on treadmills,burpees etc and only do weight trainings regularly but still manage to get abs and shredding all bodtfats becoZ of this routine...thank u soo much...Yall would never know how long ive working to get this bodyfats down and how easy this routine helps me 🤘

    love adding ropes at the end of my upper body workouts and for my clients too it's a good finisher and definitely gonna have me and some clients try it out! This is really what it means to fitness being a journey all the variations and advancements

    I just started Ropes yesterday, I was 365 in January. I'm about 310 right now. I did 1:30 today on the ropes today...will increase a little each day. Looking forward to the results. Awesome video!

    Moved to a new area & joined the local gym. Notice this rope is among the most neglected item in the gym so i think im gonna use it everytime im there

      You shouldn't do any single thing every time you work out. What works best is keeping your body guessing by constantly switching up your routine, intensity, duration, target muscles, etc. But battle ropes are an amazing full-body workout and great cardio.

    Thank you for sharing this video. I got myself a military battle rope 2yrs ago, used it once and started again. I've also incorporate a resistance band/s and a 8kg kettle belt. My gym is now in a corner of my garden. It's tough but hard work produces results. Once again thank you for your informative video. #THEBEST.

    Did this for the first time today, as a beginner i was asked to do it for three minutes. Lol..i did one minute and sweat like a burger..im back on it tomorrow and target to loose 50lbs

    I just joined a gym with these, and got trainer instruction on how to use them. I never got so winded so fast, but it's getting better now.

    Most killer exercise in the gym. i used to perform daily. 1:37 second in one set. my target is 2 mint in one set.

      P.S. What I do is mute the video (as I can't crank the speakers way up that early in the morning, ha ha), crank up a ROCKIN' song in my earbuds (AC/DC, Van Halen, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, The Killers, etc) and have a BLAST doing the reps!

    This was a great finisher thank you!! I have to admit though, I wish there was a beep/ding/anything to signal the beginning and end of each exercise. I had to keep flashing my eyes from the rope to my phone each couple seconds to make sure I didn’t miss the start/end of the exercises. But besides that, wonderful finisher!!💪🏼😁

    If you do this make sure you bend your knees almost 90 degrees and hold it for a better burn all around

      You can have it around a pole or through a kettlebell or something like that!

    What do you do if you have a shorter one? Mines only 18ft and it’s a lot smaller than I thought. All I can do on it is the waves
