U a real one
First off, I don't know ANYONE that uses battlerope to build muscle!! It's a cardio/HIIT based exercise. And it's definitely effective. Battleropes are great for endurance, burning bidyfat, and helping to "DEFINE" muscle when done in conjunction with resistance training and another cardio based exercise! There is not ONE single exercise that is a TOTAL conditioning tool.
For everyone video like this there are 20 praising their effectiveness, if they work for you and get you moving, then go for it.
I use to curl 37.5 and I used the battle rope and I felt insane muscle stimulation using the battle rope
if I DO BATTLE ROPE DO i NEED TO W/O WITH WEIGHS?
I think you guys dont know what u r talking about
Why such a singular focus on becoming a muscle-bound good-for-nothing meathead? I train to be a better fighter. Battle ropes are exactly what I need to be doing.
Blah blah
