  • This battle rope workout is meant for beginners. It is suggested to use a lightweight rope. However, if you're feeling fresh enough after a round of this workout, run through another iteration!     I liked this one although I'm used to the other 2 where it's only 10sec rest between each interval doing 2 each within a hour
