I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.

Wow this workout was for sure one of the most difficult and challenging i've done in a long time. No rest / endurance style is not what I am used to so the finisher was brutal to be honest but it is always so motivating to push yourself out of your comfort zone. I had to take a few 5 to 10 seconds break to go trough the whole video but it was amazing and I am feeling stronger everyday. Thank you so so so much Anna !!!

This is part of "February with the Weights" programme. Since this workout is listed in the third week I thought I would be able to finish it without extra breaks but, oh my god, this was the hardest workout yet! The Bodyweight finisher challenged me to push myself even further. Though I took longer than 40 mins to finish the workout, I am glad I didn't give up.

this was actually the hardest workout i’ve ever done from you!!😂 especially those thrusters at the start. thrusters are literally my least favorite exercise EVER, so it was definitely a rough start😅 when i first did this, i could only go up to 84% before i had to skip to cooldown. finally, i pushed through and was able to finish the entire workout up to 100%! i couldn’t tell if i was sweating or crying, but i got it done, and im so proud of myself! 🤣🥲 thank you anna for helping me become strong and healthy 💪🏻 love you so much❤
