- Hi everyone, welcome back to my kitchen, today we're going to make a delicious Swiss Roll cake. Delicious soft sponge roll filled with light and airy whipped cream! This is my attempt to recreate the famous Dojima Roll from Mon Cher bakery in Japan. It's super delicious, not too sweet and just so beautiful to look at as well.

Ingredients:
Sponge:
- 5 eggs
- 100g flour
- 100g sugar
- 50g vegetable oil
- 100g milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cream:
- 50g mascarpone
- 250g whipping cream
- 30g sugar
OR
- 300g whipping cream
- 30g sugar
(enough for filling, make more for decoration)
- Strawberries for decoration

Thank you so much for this amazing recipe I made it last week and had one slice everyday loved it everytime and today im making it again. The one thing I will add is to make the cake more softer and denser I added a sugar syrup mixture before adding the cream mixture in the cake it makes the cake so so so soft as well. U just add 30 g water to 30g sugar and heat it up for a bit do the sugar melts. But thank you love this recipe and will keep making it. 😊😊
