  • Hey bakers! I’m back :)
    Sorry for being away for so long.. Well, life happens.. but I still love doing baking videos.
    Cake Rolls are my favourite dessert. This recipe is one of the best I’ve tried and improved. Hope yall enjoy this video and dont forget to give me a thumbs up! Happy baking ✌🏻

    Ingredients:
    Baking pan size: 28cm x 28cm x 3cm
    Temperature:
    Top 🔥165 °C
    Bottom🔥130 °C
    Baking Time : 25 minutes
    A) Full Cream Milk 40g
    Vegetable Oil 40g
    B) All Purpose Flour 40g
    C) Egg Yolk 4 (Grade A)
    D) Egg White 4 (Grade A)
    Sugar 40g
    E) Ready to whip topping 150g
    F) 1 box of fresh strawberries 🍓

    Awesome! May i know how long you heat the logo stencil? every time i place the logo stencil on top of my beautiful cake. it burnt badly

    This person has a method they learned but if you want to make this a tea towel is really important on the bottom of the cake!

    What does Grade A means?. Could you make the egg yolks and white recipes in grams... Greetings from Indonesia. Been making your japanese cheese cake many times. Turned out beautiful and delicious. Thanks😊

      I used 87g of yolk and 158g of white. I think a grade A egg should have approximately 20g yolk and 40g white? My eggs were all different, but overall it worked out! Hope this helps ^^
