Other than using non stick spray, is there any other way to make sure that the cake wont stick? I feel like parchment paper will interrupt with the rising of the cake.
You can use silicone baking mats that are reusable alternatives to parchment paper /baking paper. Just drop one onto your baking sheet, and whatever you cook or bake on it will come right off. There's no need to grease your pan, and there's very little to clean up afterward.
