This is very impressive… rolls are incredibly difficult to make they are very very finicky yours are very very nice no cracks or lumps or bubbles or abnormalities very very VERY impressive not everyone can make a roll like this yet you make it look very easy

Unfortunately i cant find sakura paste here. Is it can be replace with another ingredient? Anyway, what a nice video! And the thumbnail make me want to make the cake.
I don't know if this will work for your recipe as texture can be somewhat affected (generally an improvement, but maybe not this time), you can often replace egg yolk with more egg white so then you don't lose most of the pink colouring. You just need to make sure the weight of the egg whites matches the yolks replaced. eg 4 whole eggs = 2 egg yolks and 6 egg whites. I've asked a couple of chefs (when I worked in the cooking industry) and they said I could replace 100% of the egg yolks unless you're trying to do a custard. Then you must have egg yolks. But other recipes are fine where you're trying to retain a very light colour
