    I struggle with heavy cream…i can never find it in Singapore…its either thickened creme or whipping cream. So question is; can I use whipping cream?

      Hey Kristina , it's the same ya , you can use any cream with 36% fat and above ❤️ the higher the fat percentage, the easier it is to whip up . I would recommend in using whipping cream (Elle'et vire / anchor ) , u can also add some mascarpone cheese or cream cheese to stabilise your whip cream too

      Hi Kristina, be sure that the content is as Marvin had said and 35-36% or above. I believe many whipping cream is hovering around the 30% mark which will make it harder to whip up :)

    It wasn't mentioned but, should the eggs be room temperature? If recipes dont specify, do we just assume room temp or cold?

      Hi! It doesn’t really matter too much :) I use cold eggs and have also used room temp eggs. It doesn’t affect the outcome with any notable difference in this instance.

    Can the neutral flavour oil be corn oil?

      Yes. Corn, vegetable, and safflower oils are great neutral oils.

      yes :) whilst it is still hot, as soon as you take it out of the oven
