- This Titan FlexSpray Handheld Sprayer Review is an honest review that I uploaded just to help out anybody that is considering buying one.
I am not sponsored by Titan or get paid to do this review.
This Corded handheld sprayer has a powerful 4 stage turbine design that pushes paint out and atomizes it at the tip.
Once you get a good understanding of how to use this sprayer you will find that this sprayer is great for small projects like front doors, shutters, trim, and crown moldings.
I wouldn't necessarily spray something like kitchen cabinets with it though.
The Sprayer is bout 6 years old and I spray a lot of solvent-based paint and primer with it.

i just bought one and want to refinish my kitchen cabinets with s-w emerald urethane, and i got two questions here, do i need to thin the paint? and which front head i should use? i want the fine finish so i want to use fine finish head but which manufacture not recommended
jia ye hey, I’ve used the emerald with the fine finish tip works well and leaves a nice smooth finish, practice on something to get the right settings

I need to spray a small ceiling in a basement a black color from Benjamin Moore.The sheen is flat should I add some water or floetrol?Or just strain it and spray?Thanks!
Where can you purchase the tube
So I use this for all my cabinet jobs. Lays it down pretty nice. Only problem I'm having is the tremendous dust this leaves. Any thoughts on how to cur down? I've tried playing with the settings but it's either not enough paint or to much which leaves an orange peel look. I'm also using advanced paint for the finish and stix for the primer. Thanks!!
I've never had a problem with mine. It lays it down really good. I use SW though.

Not sure if your aware but they sell it here in the uk under wagner 3500 and they come with strainers that go on the end of the white tube in the metal pot

It's ok for a diy project but to get professional results you're better off with the Graco 9.5 FinishPro HVLP.

Absolutely! I spray oil-based with the black tip and everything else with the red (fine finish) tip

I always thin when using this sprayer. You can shoot primer through the fine finish tip of you thin it. The final product is just as durable as brushing and rolling. Always do 2 topcoats@@streamscreen

I'll be honest, I haven't used the Wagner but it's the same company. Titan owns Wagner and even the parts for the Wagner fit the titan@@streamscreen

Either a HVLP like the Graco 9.5 or an airless like the Titan 440

Its a a handheld gun that has a turbine and is more like an HVLP.

I own a Earlex 6003 HVLP (with turbine too) that I use for kitchen cabinets (works great for me), and I used to have (because it’s dies the pump after 10 months 🤦🏽♂️) a graco airless Handheld ultimate that I used to use for quick jobs like full paint doors and fast painting jobs that not required too much paint (and I loved it because it’s practical) by now I’ll have to carry every time my Big Graco machine to do that. So the question is: Considering that the Graco Handheld Airless don’t last longer because the pump dies always, do you know any other Handheld airless, different brand or quality that I can buy for that kind of jobs?
The only other option that O like is using a smaller type of airless like the 1700 whichamzn.to/3n2TmZZ
The only thing I don't like about the Titan Handheld is that you can spray upside down. You have to keep the sprayer upright.@@rodolfobuzeta7156
On both 5 & 12 for the liquid setting, it was very spotty, no?
Correct. If you use a thin product or if you can thin your product to level out nicely then you can get a pretty decent finish. However, I would suggest getting the Graco 9.5 HVLP instead. Yes, it costs more but is well worth it.

@@victorvek5227 it's worth it for 60% off. Great for outdoor miscellaneous stuff like lattice or shutters etc.
Mine starting leaking from the trigger does any one have had the same problem i wonder if there is a way to fix it
That happens when there's paint built up on the inside by the needle and spring.
Look at the trigger. There are 2 torque screws that you need to remove. After you remove those there is a pin that keeps the needle in place. Take that out and After removing the needle just clean the gun real good and remove all gunked up paint inside the needle housing. That'll fix it👍🏼

What settings did you use on the cabinets
Usually 12 on air and 5-7 on material.
It all comes down to which paint material you are using, some paints are thicker and require more air and a higher output for the material, some paints are really thin and don't require much to get the atomization you need. One setting doesn't work for every body, keep that in mind
