- This week is all out the Wagner Flexio sprayers and how to set up the sprayer with the right settings. The Wagner Flexio Sprayers have 3 settings that can be changed. How much the paint is watered down, the material flow setting and the air power settings. As a beginner its hard to know what and when each setting needs to be changed. In todays videio I'm using the Wagner Flexio 590. I hope this video helps set up your Wagner Flexio spray to make your next project a success. Below are some helpful links

One thing I learned about my Flexio-5000, when using a glossier sheen such as satin or semigloss, it is best to use a higher material flow and power. To achieve a glossier finish, there needs to be a “wetter” application of the droplets so they can merge together into a wet layer. If too little paint is sprayed, the finish will have less sheen because the paint droplets dry before they merge together.
This video should be Wagners instructional video, you have absolutely outdone yourself with the explanation and tricks/settings. I bought this sprayer a few years ago used it a few times and haven’t used it since, this video has inspired me to get back to using it and use the info to get the results I was trying to get. So grateful for this video. I bought the Flexio 3000 and my first attempt was a disaster. I had followed Wagners instructions and couldn’t work out why it was such a splattery mess. I followed your instructions and the finish is superb. Thank you for doing all the hard work.

Did you have to thin latex to get it to spray properly?
@@notcharles unless you have a 5k dollar sprayer ALWAYS with Latex
With any cheap gun u set $500 you should thin everything also you need to strain it before spraying

"Play around with your settings," as you spray paint at a surface it took you 10x as long to tape and paper off than it did to paint. Thanks for the video!
