Very good. Seems you have covered most of the issues people previously complained about. I was doubtful about buying the 690 Flexio but now might get one…
Thank you! Very helpful. I tried spray painting a ceiling for the first time with the Flexio 3500. Had some splotching paint on my practice cardboard. Think I need to thin it out more. Should I use Flotrol or is water better?
Hello for diluting paint in a Wagner sprayer, first try spraying without dilution. If you get bands on the edges, dilute in 5% at a time using the appropriate fluid (water for water-based paint, thinners for oil-based). Test on cardboard until satisfied with the finish. Sorry not familar with Flotrol. Kind Regards WAGNER DIY.
I have the 590 and love it BUT i don't know if emulsion paint is thinner on the continent but you need to thin dulux A LOT MORE than 15%, practice is essential, excellent machine.
Hello James Thank you for your feedback, we're glad you found the video useful. While we can't give specific recommendations, we have heard that tesa tapes are very good. Kind Regards, WAGNER DIY Team
Hello For diluting your paint, first, try spraying without dilution. If the atomization is not fine enough or edges appear, then dilute in 5% steps using the appropriate thinner. For water-based paint, you would use water for other paint types refer to the paint tin to see what is recommended. Kind Regards WAGNER DIY

Hello are you wanting to spray the exterior render of a house? Also are you located in the UK or somewhere else? Once we know this we will be able to advise you. Kind Regards WAGNER DIY.
Hello, if it's just dried paint, you can remove it using the small pointed end of the paint stirrer supplied with the product. For a thorough cleaning, first detach the spray attachment and unscrew the union nut to remove the nozzle. Rinse with warm water for water-based paints or the appropriate solvent for oil-based paints. Gently scrub the nozzle openings with a cleaning brush to remove any remaining residue. Once cleaned and dried, reassemble the parts. To prevent clogs, always clean the sprayer immediately after use before storage. Kind Regards Wagner DIY

Yes, Wagner sprayers can be used for oil-based paints. The Universal sprayers can be used for both wood and metal paints either water or oil based, as well as emulsion for interior walls and ceilings. Ensure you follow the manufacturer's guidelines for thinning and cleaning. Kind Regards Wagner DIY
Hello Yes, that's correct. When thinning water-based paint, you mix in water. Always refer to the paint manufacturer's recommendations for the correct amount of water to add. Kind Regards Wagner DIY

Hello Yes you should be able to use Leyland emulsion paint the W590 sprayer. It's recommended to dilute it slightly for optimal performance. Typically, you can add about 10% water, but always refer to the paint manufacturer's guidelines and test the spray on a piece of cardboard to ensure the right consistency. I don't remember having music playing when learning in the classroom, so why does everyone play it on here when you're supposed to be able to hear what they're saying and what the item / product sounds like. After all, that is what they're trying to convey isn't it? 😂
We are sorry to hear about the issue with your Wagner sprayer. It’s unusual for the motor to stop working after just a few uses, even over several years. Wagner products come with a standard standard 2-year warranty from the date of purchase which can be extended free for another year if registered online. If it is in warranty and you still have the receipt you can return it to where you purchased the product for a refund or replacement. Kind Regards Wagner DIY.
Save yourself the agro and don't buy it , it takes forever to get it right and once you do , it will spit blobs of paint out over your work randomly, utter nightmare I'm putting mine on marketplace P S. I solved it , it's all to do with getting the dilution of the paint right , it works really well !!!! 😃
This sprayer is not suitable for masonry paint, but you can use Wagner Professional sprayers from the PP90 model upwards. Please note that smooth masonry paint is required, as textured masonry paint can clog and damage the sprayer. Ensure you dilute the paint according to the manufacturer's instructions and always test the diluted paint on scrap material before starting your main project to ensure it sprays well. Kind regards, WAGNER
I purchased a Wagner Paint Sprayer and it only survived painting my 4 car garage once. The weight of the gun and with the paint in it will destroy your shoulders. Good luck trying to paint a ceiling with one of these, it's a nightmare. Avoid these POS Wagner paint guns at all costs.
Thank you for reaching out with your concerns. We're genuinely sorry to hear about your experience with the Wagner Paint Sprayer. If weight is an issue using a sprayer with a separate Turbine like the W690 or the Fence and Decking sprayer means you only are holding the weight of the paint. Kind Regards WAGNER DIY

These is a small hole at the top on the side which can get blocked and is often missed. Adjust Paint Flow and Volume of air: Make sure the flow isn’t set too low and thin the paint as needed.
