10 Minute Ab Workout

  • Feel the burn with this 10 minute ab workout!! This workout has exercises that focus on your upper abs, lower abs, and obliques. This workout is intense so take breaks if you need to and work your way up to completing the whole workout. It is important to treat your abs like any other muscle group and don’t overtrain them. I recommend doing this workout 2-3x per week :) Another important thing I want to mention is that abs are made in the kitchen. What i mean by this is if you focus on eating a healthy diet combined with this workout routine a couple days a week, the results will come. I promise!! Stay fit and stay safe!!

      Being a 11 year old kid these exercises were tough at starting but afterwards I found it easy
