- This workout is guaranteed to have you breaking a sweat!! Taking it up a notch from the beginner and kids workouts, this one includes squat jumps, lunge jumps, as well as many more challenging exercises!! I try and target upper body, core as well as lower body in this workout. Hope you enjoy it!!
