A great combination of cardio, strength training and tennis all packed into this 30 minute workout 🏋️‍♀️ 🎾 It doesn’t matter what level tennis player you are, as long as you’re up for the challenge, this workout is for you!!     Really rare to see a tennis video that focuses on exercise while working on your strokes. I hate traditional exercises to get fit, but TENNIS + FITNESS = FUN

      That is a really cool idea! I know a lot of schools have tennis in their gym curriculum . Especially during the pandemic this makes for a great video kids could do from home while learning the sport.

    Hi Jon, appreciate the content, thanks for that. Would you be working on a tennis pro warm out routine of 20 min with cardio, muscle activation and shadow tennis? Cheers

      Claudio, I love that idea!! My thought is to do a dynamic warmup with shadow swings and some agility exercises that is ideal for before a match or before you go and play tennis!! This would be great for tennis players of all levels and ages. Thanks so much fo the idea. Stay tuned :)
