That is a really cool idea! I know a lot of schools have tennis in their gym curriculum . Especially during the pandemic this makes for a great video kids could do from home while learning the sport.

Claudio, I love that idea!! My thought is to do a dynamic warmup with shadow swings and some agility exercises that is ideal for before a match or before you go and play tennis!! This would be great for tennis players of all levels and ages. Thanks so much fo the idea. Stay tuned :)
