Hello, Dr. Alice, I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude for the high level and investment in your trainings, you are helping many patients to achieve rehabilitation progress. Congratulations and have a good time son/daughter. Good luck.
Super thank you. My arm won’t move as it is “fixed” on elbow, wrist and fingers, so a lot of exercises won’t work for me. 2 years post stroke. Frustrated! This channel is helping me through - hope and patience. ❤️
This video is excellent and it is super duper important since strengthening the upper part of the patient also affects the leg and ankle for patients who are able to stand.
To open and close the door we will add turning movements of the head and the result is the opening of the neural pathway from the head to the hand, of course the movement needs to be repeated hundreds of times ..... the opening of the neural pathway from the brain to the hand Thanks THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE THANKE YOU VERY MUCH
And why do I think this clip is the most important of all since the activity here is supposed to open the fingers and for those who do it while standing to loosen the ankle
If you have trouble with that movement, you can skip that one and do the other exercises in routine or you may find some of my other stretching/workout routines more helpful than this one!
T TAKE TIME MAKE A ContinuousI continuous rotations of the head, hand, and foot thousands of times will restore patients to full health, this is my experience I ALSO CAN DO THIS IT TAKE TIME

Could you do this routine showing how to do all of the exercises with unaffected arm assistance?
A lot of these exercises I do in bed, before I get up. But, I'm interested in doing them out of bed, too.
And why do I think this clip is the most important of all since the activity here is supposed to open the fingers and for those who do it while standing to loosen the ankle
