All the info is so great and helpful in the physical , I find the mental part as hard as the physical overcoming the lost of physical works on your personal strengths. And the lost of not able to go back to work yet getting close after a year but absolutely no SSI help after paying in since 15. So discouraging and a absolute downer on helping physically. But on the up I ❤❤ love all the videos ❤❤

I am so excited to see this video! I definitely need help with my shoulder. I only made it through one round of exercises, but I hope I can build to do the whole video

Yay! One round is huge! Honestly, I was sore the next day from just the two rounds. They’re deceptively simple but when you do the holds, man! They work you out more than you think🙂

My right arm was affected and I have bad spasticity. I had the botox injection to see if that would help. It only made my arm feel heavier. My hand is totally numb. I wish there were surgery to help.
