  • This 10-minute shoulder stretching routine is designed to help relieve stiffness and tightness after stroke. It’s best for survivors who are able to sit upright safely. As long as this routine doesn’t cause pain or discomfort, it’s generally okay to do every day or every other day as needed. Of course, consult with your doctor first to make sure this routine is right for you. No equipment needed!

    Hello, thank you very much.
According to my understanding, the entire injured body is one unit. There is no separation. My method is circular movements thousands of times until the tension of the head, neck, arms, legs, back is released, all circular movements thousands of times.

One of the common problems of the hand is a shortening of its length. Do you have a video for stretching the hand? Thank you very much

Hello, my name is Dan. I am saying that I have found a way of rehabilitation that can make a world revolution in the rehabilitation of stroke victims. According to my method, all the nerves are reconnected as if the person is healthy.
