Thank you, the pen and coin are the most challenging ones for me. But I dream to be able to play the flute again so keep on trying.
Thank you for your videos like this!❤️❤️🩹❤️
Thankyou so much
thx a lot for your videos! as a guitar player I found baoding balls very useful
My fingers just curled up. Please share excercise to overcome the same
Even I can’t grab a ball and squeeze it😅
Is there any exercise for writing
Elyse can you post exercises to correct curled toes?
Great video Elyse!! Can you apply these exercises for Parkinson patients? Also if Parkinson patient has rigidity on one side what do you recommend in this situation?
Thanking you
How do I get to this point?
These are good for everyone to do, no matter the circumstances ❤💖
❤️❤️
My arm muscles are too tight to let my fingers relax. What can I do to relax my arm?
What about some one with no movement at all
My hand is closed in a fist 🤜
me too
Check out my videos on proximal stability, weight bearing, and my no movement arm workout which covers mental practice and active visualization. You can find them in my upper body workout playlist!

❤️❤️
That's a great very helpful video indeed. Thanks a million for the same. You are such a true, caring , humble soul Angel ❤❤
I hope someday I can do these correctly without wincing
If you’re having pain or discomfort with any exercises, stop. Talk with your doctor or therapist to make sure what exercises are appropriate for your situation!
And what if I can't move any finger at all?
Me too
Keep working 💪🏽
This video is probably too advanced for you. Start working proximally at the shoulders and shoulder blades. I have several videos that cover this in my upper body workout playlist. We need proximal stability and strength before working on fine movement of the fingers.
Right ! I can’t even move one finger
That’s why I lose hope , im bored because 😮 that excersides are for patients can move theirs finger , I can’t! My left side is affected
