    THAT WAS AMAZING! I have been suffering from painting and extensive laborious work recently and the numbness and pain in both arms, wrists and hands has been terrible. I liked and followed to lean more ways to help relieve the stress from over use. Thank you. So helpful ❤

    Been playing bass for a while .. and my left hand has been struggling immensely.. trigger finger, joint pains, etc...
    These exercises have been helping a bit, thank you! :)

    My thumb and along the side of my wrist connected to the thumb on right hand have been feeling tight, I did wrist exercises and this hand one gave my digit a nice stretch that the wrist exercises don't address. thank you 💜

    I’m a sophomore marimba player and when playing marimba you gotta bend your wrists fast and move a lot so my fingers and wrists hurt a lot but this really helped😊

    I am incomplete paraplegic. I am super active in my mid 40s and work at a desk all day. i've been desperately trying to find the morning routine. I just did this in bed and it did wonders for my morning stiffness.

      really good -- did you really get rid of your gangloin cyst -- how long were you doing exercises before it disappeared?

It started by coming back slower and not causing as much pain after about 6 months of a combo of doing exercises like this and strength training (mostly with a neutral wrist like holding weights or trx and unlike pushups or yoga sun salutations). Then after that, I noticed it hasn't come back for about 2 years now! I still get pain that wrist, especially when I type too much without support. But then I do exercises and it gets better. I am planning on making some more videos of types of exercises I do for strengthening, are you interested?

    My hands have been not feeling good these days because of too much crocheting and I figured that I should look for hand exercises on RUclips. I am so, so glad that I have found your video!     Oh my goodness! I am a caregiver and I work full time, and I use my hands a LOT (and they hurt). Today I looked up hand exercises and found you…that fist to hand exercise was my favorite (although, collectively, they all helped)! I just did the exercises with you, and my hands and wrists feel GREAT!!! Thank you!😀

    I just found this video and wanted to thank you! I type all day and these exercises felt really great. I also have ganlion cyst that is small but sometimes can hurt if I hit it just right. I will be doing these every day to help with hand pain and stiffness. Thanks again! ☺

    I’m 63 and 3 weeks ago I have sprained my right thumb joint where it meets in the web of my hand. At times it s still Very painful and difficult to hold things. I’ve been icing and massaging the area. I’ll try this thanks

    I actually leaned on my right hand standing up from sitting on the floor and immediately felt some pain on my right hand, maybe from the wrist and the thumb. I did this exercise and felt some tension release. Still feel a little pain waving my hand goodbye sideways, but it definitely feels better than when I started this hand exercise. Thanks for sharing this video, will definitely repeat this exercise daily.

    When I was performing the last exercise with hands on my lap/ palms facing up/ thumb-fingertip touching, my ears were popping like crazy, esp the 2nd finger. Does anybody know why?

    ..Hi Ann - ju want to say Thank you so much for these videos - particularly this one since I always start with this routine before I practice guitar... I wonder.. do you have anything for a tennis elbow like pain- I only seem to have it in my right arm (near to the elbow area)?? I will continue with these exercises daily... :)

    I've just come across your video and find these exercises very beneficial in loosening up stiff fingers. I'm 76 and just started learning piano, but find my fingers a bit stiff and arthritic afterwards so will concentrate on doing these before a practice.

    After doing this exercise, I feel my hands ( wrist and fingers) are warmed and ready to interpret sign language for church ⛪️ ( volunteer) tonight. Also, I it will help me prevent from injuring my hand while interpreting. Thank you 😊!
