The metatarsal wiggle has basically just saved my life, it hurt to get my fingers in between at first and now they're much more accommodating - I found your self massages and as a busy student and entrepreneur this is exactly what I need to integrate into my daily routines. I can spare 30 minutes of mindless scrolling on social media to restore and prepare by body everyday. This is now a part of my regular nighttime ritual.
The presenter shows us how her hands in their own language praise and appreciate her feet. My feet have supported me all my life and I largely ignored them. I regret treating them as an appendage to do my bidding. The Video has reminded me we should reverence our feet, a precious gift that for most goes unheeded daily.

It’s always good to work on and massage your feet since they’re the most neglected part of the body. We should also try to go barefoot more often. Do you get enough barefoot time?

Ty for having this I been using the gift of message since I was a child. I noticed when the adults around me were arguing or upset or in pain I would rub their feet. I saw how they would calm down and or fall asleep. At Eight yrs old I noticed I had a gift and I would be called to my uncle to walk on his back. He opened the door to my healing other journey. Thanks for your kind note :) You massage toward the heart to help your circulation. That is the direction that your veins and lymphatic vessels flow to empty out into the heart. So, we are working with your own physiology.

Maybe since there some weird weather changes here in Perth australia where a few days ago it was bitter cold and now 4 days later it’s so hot 🥵… my circulation seems out of whack and the foot swelling is really annoying. These are great, thanks. I work with my hands in construction. Recently the ball joint of my left thumb slipped down. They say I have no cartilage there. Should I press into the pain or avoid it when stretching. Or is there a specific move I can do to strengthen the joint?
I wouldn't press into the pain. I would only stretch up to right before you feel increased pain. Increased awareness and sensation is good, but find that sweet spot before the pain increases

Hi mam I do acupressure points to heal any pain. When i massaged my foot it's entirely a different experience and took a deep breath and i have noticed my nails have started to glow which I have never seen on my nails.
