Thank you! Exactly what I was thinking of after watching your leg exercises for leg pins and needles. Around 6 months after stroke, I started having shoulder pain on the affected side. I managed the pain with exercises but I still don't have full range of motion. I hope these exercises will help me regain all of the motion. :)

I am almost 4 years post stroke I have been in therapy with the VA and private therapy. I have had some success but still frustrated with heavy arm. Thank you for some of these new exercises. I have tremors in the arm on some movements quite often. Should I be concerned 12:37
