Starting January 1st I’m going to only be using what I have in my fridge, my pantry, my prepper pantry and my freezers. Because I don’t love ‘rules’ I’m giving myself a $100 budget for the month to buy miscellaneous groceries I might need which will likely be mostly fruits and vegetables. Follow along to see what kind of meals I make from my pantry and freezers, and whether I can stick to the budget. I’m ready to take on this PANTRY CHALLENGE!

Thank you for the google sheet, this one is a lot easier the one that I paid for. I did another pantry challenge and used most of my food then the C hit and we were in big trouble. I will never forget that and I don’t think I would feel comfortable but I love watching others do it.

I built a spreadsheet that also lists source of the inventory, price, date, best by date and lastly temperature at time of purchase.

@@foodismylovelanguage2021 marketing and tech are skills which evade me...need writing done, a novel or non-fiction written, I got that, but marketing and tech, not so much. Time to get organized. I just went through my two freezers and was surprised to see how much I have in them. Time to eat it up as we make room for 1/2 a cow coming soon.
