Many medical websites for diabetics recommend either sugar-free chocolates or chocolates that have at least 75% cocoa. They say that "bitter" chocolates have quite a large amount of sugar.
I'd appreciate a few videos that compare the impact of different types of chocolates:
    > white
    > Milk
    > Dark
    > Bitter
    > High-cocoa (50%, 70%, 80%, etc.)
    > Sugar-free (zero added sugar).

@@patrickpadddy5598 If you add honey and fruit then the recipe is not suitable for diabetics or insulin resistant anymore. Honey and fruit are still sugar, they'll spike glucose and insulin.

His chocolate recipe, in tbsp, but you could just consider them ratios, it's very close to equal, so you could probably use equal parts of each, and just adjust to taste
    2 cocoa powder
1½ sweetner (Monk fruit or equiv)
    3 coconut oil

in reality it is not so. sweeteners deceive the intestinal microbiota and in the long run damage more than sugar, which, moreover, if white, should be avoided. reservations could also be made on coconut oil.

Not true. Stevia, Erythrritol, Monk Fruit and Allulose do not raise my blood sugar or slightly raises my blood sugars according to my glucose monitor. Some of these sweetners have added ingredients like maltedextrin that will raise your blood sugars as if you ate sugar.
