Yes, I really love these compilations, please do more. I especially like that they include the warm up and stretch. I recently came upon a video that included a stretch for hip flexors, which relieved a lot of knee pain for me and which I think belongs to the standard, essential stretches. I don't know if it's just me, but there's also a strange psychological phenomenon happening...having the different sections put together from previous 5 minute workouts, makes each section feel manageable ('only 5 minutes') so it just all feels like it goes so quickly, so even the changes in outfit help create this illusion, while it's more convenient than having to make my own playlist, I feel I'm in good hands with a balanced workout put together by an expert. Altogether it just works. 😅❤

I usually prefer 5 min or 10 min short workouts and was reluctant to do this 20 min .. but glad i did this .. this is like 5 mins combined.. sweating profusely .. loved it very much .. thank you lucy .. been following you since 4 years.. you are doing a great job

I love this video! Looks simple at first glance, but I really broke a sweat. I feel like you don't get enough credit for your stretching, I learned your strength routine in the 7 minute abs video and then continued with those back when I was jogging, sometimes I do those when I get out of bed. So easy to memorise and incredibly efficient ❤

I just wanted to thank you again. I was really sick with a strep throat followed by a nasty bout of flu which made me so weak. While I was careful and didn't do cardio, I continued to do your gentle, mobilising and stretching routines every day, and it helped ease a lot of tension and kept me in my routine and made me feel I wasn't going to lose everything I worked towards before, and now that my strength is returning, I find I still have a good baseline fitness. That might be an idea for a series. Keeping moving when you're incapacitated and have to be careful. I would imagine that little encouraging messages would help when you're feeling weak and discouraged or frustrated about not being able to do your usual workouts. Like, 'well done for being here, this is going to gently help ease your muscles and improve your circulation while protecting your heart with these benefits...' Or some message of hope for recovery. The workouts helped me greatly anyway and I am so grateful, but I just saw an area of need that might inform future complications. Best wishes and much gratitude ❤
Love this, I am the same as others and try to put a sequence of the 5 mins routines together myself but would love more of these full routines broken down into 5 min sections like this ❤❤❤
