I’m focusing my business on metal buildings and barndominium’s cause I have notice I’m really good at it, what phrase would you recommend on Facebook ads to get there attention?
I build pole buildings out of idaho, our company name is hammer down construction, would you like to start a group via phone number where people who do the same kinda shit as us can collaborate on what works in our realm of work, for advertising lead generation ect..
I getting the sense that facebook is far more offer dependent than google. Like for example in home improvement with google, you could probably get away with an "average" offer like a free quote or free design consult, or a free callout sort of thing since the intent is already there. However with facebook you have to interrupt their stream of dopamine (scrolling) with something they find valuble, which is usually in the form of a strong offer like a discount, quick avalibility, etc.
You're exactly right. Google is a search engine so advertising there is intent-based. You're usually looking to be found by people who are already looking for what you're selling. On Facebook, you're trying to create the intent.
What do you recommend as a voicemail for a new contractor that can always answer the phone, due to being in the field? Something to captivate the caller and hopefully keep them to leave a message at least.
Back when I was in your shoes I set up a message that said "Thanks for reaching out. I am in the field right now but go to kileconstruction.com and fill out the contact form. You'll find a calendar where you can pick a time for me to meet you and give you a quote." After doing this, I didn't have to answer phones or set appoinments. I just looked at my calendar every Friday and went to do the 4-5 appointments that were there.
I"m sure there are ways to make YT ads work for a home improvement company. I don't know many doing that so it's probably not too competitive. It's just a matter of creating an ad and marketing funnel that gets you the results you want. It takes some skills and know-how followed by lots of trial and error.
As much as they can and still make the profit they want. When it comes to online marketing, whatever company can afford to spend the most to acquire a customer will eventually price their competitors out of the market. The important thing is to track your numbers closely and make sure you're covering your advertising costs with your pricing.
@@chuckthecontractor we are a marketing agency we need to tell clients that you should be expecting to spend that amount i think it would be a lot more easier for us to tell a specific amount to see that we actually can get results. So the main question .how much average monthly spend on facebook ads would bring results ?
@@KristalZemin There is no answer that works for everyone. It all depends on your competition, your market, etc. One company might get leads for $50 a piece while another company spends $300 a piece. The company that spends $300 per lead might make 2x as much as the other one in profit. The numbers are what matter. I can't answer this question for everyone or I would.
Go to my website in the video description and fill out the form. Talk to one of my consultants so they can figure out what's going on and if it seems right, they'll schedule a call with me. Show me you're serious enough to do this and I"m happy to talk to you and try to help steer you in the right direction.
Hi brother, Really thank you for your efforts and sharing with us. I'm building my business around marketing for engineering consultancy firms. Question please.. how do handle managing Google ads to 2 same clients offer the same services in same city? Thank you 🌹🙏
Hey, thanks for the comment. It's a rule at my company to not compete with ourselves so we don't take on multiple clients in the same niche in the same area. Hope that helps.
@@chuckthecontractor But how are you doing justice with the clients you acquire to market their business because you are also in the same industry ( constructing industry) ? Here are you not competing with yourself ?
@@sunilbhatnagar5365 99% of my clients are not in the same city as I am so we aren't competing at all. Even if they were, we are pretty much always booked out for at least 1 year and there are more customers than contractors so reinforcements are good. Competition is good. I used to have a hard-fast rule that I would never take on two clients in the same niche in the same city. My thinking on this has changed. The fact of the matter is there is no shortage of customers and as time goes on there are less and less contractors. People are leaving this industry faster than they are being replaced so competition is becoming less of an issue.
@chuck the contractor So instead of expanding your construction business, why are you doing marketing for other people...bcoz the ultimate aim is to make money.. right? Then why are you not expanding your business ? Chuck, please give an honest answer..as a lot of people trust you, including me.
@@sunilbhatnagar5365 I focus on my marketing business because it is how I can make a greater impact and work remotely. In the construction business, I am partnered with my father. Him and I are in different stages of life and want different things. I want to expand and grow and he wants to keep things simple and retire soon. Because of this conflict, I stepped mostly out of the day to day operations of the construction business and let him take care of it.
Thank you! Valuable information.

Try phrases that people are using. What do your customers say? Say what they say.

o men true this shit spam on google is bad, on facebook dont have
Yes, because anyone can go to Google and click your ad but Facebook only shows your ad to select people.
