      I am preparing the updated version of this video this week. The plan is to make the video on the weekend.
      The goal of the updated video is provide more information about how you and everyone else can generate more leads with better campaigns. I want to pack it with more value.
      Hopefully the video comes out next week.

      Hey Carl, thank for the comment. I am not great at getting myself to make these videos. I wish I had a little bit more of an influencer in me. Not much, maybe like 20%, because I am starting out in a negative lol.

    30-years in construction, 0 in marketing 😢 Thank you for these videos! I started with this video in my research journey and shortly after creating the perfect target area. I had to pause and go watch the video series on keyword research (btw still can believe I can just go see what my competition is using or not). Anyways Thanks so much for all these informational videos! I'll hit you up once I've watched everything....applicable of course 😂

      What forms of conversion tracking are you interested in? I am thinking Forms, Phone calls, Email, Calendar Bookings (not calendly, I hate Calendly).

    Bren - for location options, would it make sense for a custom home builder to opt in for presence AND interest, as potential leads could be in several areas of the country that are particularly looking to move to custom builder location? Would love your thoughts here

    hey Bren, i am new to business and i feel a sense of relief finding your content, 1 question i need to ask is how would you start to market a business that is only new with few jobs to show for previous work completed? i have built a basic website and have been messing around with Facebook ads in the meantime. now i want to learn google ads for the future, i am far from ready but its something i want to do as nobody in my area is tackling this side of marketing and if if nail it i believe it will come with great success. i am a licensed concreter from Australia. my buisness name is upstyle concrete, work for now is only from word of mouth and my number being handed around. i get very few leads from advertising.

    Quick Question: When you add a negative kw. Would you ad the whole phrase as an exact match negative kw (campaign level) or only the word that you don‘t want to show for?
    Example: Should I add [electrician jobs London] because it was in my search terms or only add the word [electrician] into my negative kw list. Because I don‘t want to show for jobs

    Love your work Bren, i want to book a call to talk about my marketing campaign for a client, im no longer working with them and not running any ads at the moment and i want to be able to do killer ads for my next client, should i book a call now for some clarity or after i get a new client to actually improve the ads?

      You can do either before or after you start working with a client.
      I think it is better to do it after you start working with a client because you and I can talk specifically about the client and everything can be tailored to that client.

I know you have a video on this uploaded a while ago about how you get your leads but I wanted to see your thoughts on the both, pros and cons
