@@jaber_webdesign appreciate that hugely! Thanks for watching
Another really interesting and helpful roofing video, thanks Sam!
Appreciate it!
Great video! I am working on providing a lead generation service for companies that provide technical services in Italy...this was very insightful :)
Thanks I appreciate it! Good luck with the lead gen services.
Hey, a Little different question… Why do you not use GHL (Go High Level) instead of what convert?
In terms of tracking you should be able to do quite the same and you also get so much backend services like lead follow up that can really spice everything up.
Let me know your thoughts about that.
Anyways, awesome video!🔥🔥
Firstly thank you and thanks for watching! Good question, I find the GHL reporting a little bit weak and it doesn’t come close to the depth of data you can get from WC.
From my experience and speaking with other agency owners, we’ve found clients find GHL a steep learning curve and end up not using it. We’re more just focused on providing a lead tracking and attribution system rather than giving them a full CRM.
All we want clients to do is give us an update of their lead statuses, quotes and sales values.
Hope that answers your question!
when you set a bid you start with low range or high range what shows on kw planner ? also do you use first page / top page / first position metrics ?
We normally set bids on the higher range as we’re more focused on getting clicks quickly and data in the account. Clients can be impatient so we bid aggressive to get some traction in the account.
Regarding the campaign segmentation on lets say location. Does Google Ads allocate budget the same way META does? For example if you put in 2 adgroups location based one Fulham and one London, London gets more traffic / searches. Will Google allocate budget more to London and leave lower bids for Fulham?
Hope this makes sense, just so you are not missing out on potential traffic from Fulham because the budget is on campaign level. :)
Hello i have french i like to video just one question you use for start a news campaign for roofer you use maximize cliks ou maximize conversion ?
We usually start with manual CPC enhanced and then quickly transition to Maximise Conversions once we have consistent conversions coming into the account.
Hi mate would the same thing apply to scaffolding companies just change the keys words to suit?
Hi James, yeah can be applied in pretty much the exact same way as scaffolding. We have a scaffolding campaign build I may do an upcoming video on.
@@atomic-marketing hi that would be great I work at my brothers here in Ireland and would love to watch something to try help out
Great one 👍 which is your favourite or recommended keyword match type ?
Appreciate the comment! We usually like starting with phrase match and then experimenting with BM once we have some stability in the campaigns.
@@atomic-marketing thank you so much for your quick response!
@@atomic-marketing Do you recommend to structure the Phrase and Broad match into different campaigns or under the same campaign with different ad groups?
Are you taking on new clients
@@khoile5102 depends on the client!
Great video really helpful. Is there any other construction industry examples you can make some content for ?
Really enjoy the content.
Thanks Shaun. What industries you looking for examples for? We work mostly in trades and home services so pretty likely I can do some more!
How to avoid getting "job inquiries" when we are bidding for KW like "roofing near me" ?
We’ve never had someone ask for a job through a roofing campaign. We of course add anything related to “jobs” as negative keywords, but can’t say it’s been something that’s come up. What do your search terms look like? Can you attribute “job leads” to particular search terms?
@@atomic-marketing I have potential client and he is telling me he request lot of job requests for ac repair. Thats why I am asking how to avoid that?
Can I connect with you@@jfuzul
Great video!
Thanks a lot!
Great video Sam 👍🏻
Do you run LSA for roofing clients? I find the lead quality can be poor, but it's so low cost that even if one fifth of leads is quotable it has a positive ROI
Thanks for the comment! Yeah LSA work really well for roofers that do all services. Lead quality like you mentioned can be very unreliable especially if you work with roofers who specialise in only doing new roofs or flat roofs etc… But the cost per lead is super favourable!
@@atomic-marketing Hey just jumping in here (great video btw). If you are reaching out to a client, and they ask you about LSA, what would your response be? Why is Google Ads "better" than LSA, is it only the control of lead quality or any other major benefits you push on?
