When you target 1-2 Million people and use the same target location, while running ads continuously for 1 month, will you avoid experiencing ad fatigue?
It depends on your ad budget. The higher the ad budget the faster your target market will fatigue. But it will usually take a couple months even with £100+ ad spend.

For home improvement, that's the exact kind of people you want to target so yeah it does help in filtering it out.

I am an agency owner too and am facing some problem, i have a client in US and whenever i try to run his ad in a local area of about 2M population it shows that you will get 0 leads. And i have tried everything and nothing seems to work. Can you help me out here?
