I wanted to ask if you'd ever consider making a discord community of people actually building successful SMMAs where there are STRICT regulations against monetizing anything but rather just connecting with other people on the same journey as us?
I'm on the journey and have been for 2 months. Got 32 leads at $4 per lead in 20 days for a studio, however they weren't qualified. If I had people to talk to, this wouldn't gone a lot faster. If you would consider it, I'd be the first to join.

Hey Evan, randomly decided to rewatch this video for the second time (It's insane how many great advices you dropped here bro)
This single advice at 6:05 saved me a ton of money.
But I want to make sure that I do relaunchs correctly so just choose what is more accurate:
👇👇👇
A) Duplicate and relaunch the campaign/adsets with the same pixel as the previous
B) Duplicate and relaucng the campaign/adsets and create a new pixel for that

option A. I don't create new pixels for clients unless they don't have one at all

If you haven't done some selling in your headline, you have wasted 80 percent of your client's money.” Headline is what matters most rather than other things Rolls Royce most selling cars was when david wrote the greatest headline ever in his life. You cant deny father of advertising
that's exactly my point. clearly you misunderstood. the part on facebook that says "headline" is not the TRUE headline. the headline is the thing people read first, which in a facebook ad is the first line of your ad copy. we read top-down, not bottom-up. that's why I mentioned ogilvy in this video, and this exact quote. I am agreeing with him, and explaining to people like you that don't understand that the "headline" on facebook isn't the thing people read first and is therefore significantly less important than the first line of your ad copy.

Hey Man, how can you handle campaigns with preapproved buyer leads issue
yo! I don't worry about my buyer leads being pre-approved. it's not a requirement and oftentimes they have a realtor already, or a mortgage broker who refers them to a realtor which makes it harder for your clients in a lot of cases. there are also very few people in the market who are pre-approved which will increase your lead cost a lot if you choose to not let them in

Evan, I was waiting for this video for quite a while, and I would want to leave some feedback. The picture is great, two cameras, background, lighting was a little inconsistent, but overall - phenomenal. What I feel like was a problem, is that the creation process got too much focus dedicated on how it looks and stuffing in 9 secrets in a 10 minute video, when each of the secrets deserves a 10 minute video of its own. Longer format, closer to 30 minutes, where you would elaborate on each one would provide a 10 fold value. Given your knowledge hungry audience, IMO retention would be great, despite the video being longer. A great example of what I would like to see is something like ruclips.net/video/uffN-BHdPpg/видео.html. However just the mentioning of the secrets allowed me to go deep into learning more about them, like HYROS or Catching waves when launching campaigns.
