What do you think about this approach? During my Facebook outreach, if I establish a good connection with a potential client, I would offer a short presentation to explain my lead generation strategy and my offer. Then, if the client is initially interested, I would suggest scheduling a Zoom call to discuss further. Would love to hear your thoughts.
Good luck in 2025!
I signed a realtor as client. I don't have a ISA right now to call the leads. Will i need one from the getgo first client. What is ISA calling workflow how many time they should call each lead and do i have to send all the leads to google sheet for them to track the number of times they call each lead or can i create opportunity in GHL like FUP1, FUP2.. Fup10 and give them ghl as the only tracking tool or how would you recommend tracking the lead calling ( ISA or whoever assigned to do ISA task)

I have appointment setter's (cold callers) already have 2 that are doing very good for my agency but I'm looking to hire more recently worked with a few and they just wasted time They didn't get any appointments in the first 3 day's they think they can't make any sales. While we provide them 24/7 assistance and trained them.
Bro, make a video best niches...
here are some ideas: ruclips.net/video/Oh3jG3-ohVU/видео.html
Hi Evan, Do you recommend using a 30-day free trial as a lead magnet for my agency? Here’s my situation: - I run FB ads for realtors. -I’ve been running my agency for 1.5 years and started making money 8 months ago. -I’ve closed 10 clients total-5 were free trials that converted, and 3 of the remaining 5 came through connections to previous clients. -I stopped offering free trials after starting to earn, but I’m now stuck at $500/month, and it’s been frustrating. I’d love your perspective on whether bringing back free trials is a good idea or if there’s a better approach to breaking through this plateau. Thanks for your time!
I don’t see any video in the description
weird, it's there for me. thanks for letting me know, here's the link: ruclips.net/video/Vx9Rw3zRADQ/видео.html
Hi Evan, how can I identify the "big fish" companies you often mention? Should I focus on factors like the number of followers or reviews they have? Or is it better to ask them directly during cold DMs about their revenue (though I doubt they’d answer such a question)
hey good question - you'll learn who they are through sales calls. meaning, when you ask people who they've worked with in the past/are working with you'll hear certain names over and over again
Thank you Evan. If you have a moment, I’d greatly appreciate your thoughts on this: What do you think about offering potential clients a presentation through a cold message on Facebook? The idea is to introduce our offer in the presentation first, and then, if the client is interested, schedule a call. I've been using this approach for the past 8 months, and in December, a client reached out to me. However, I lost them because instead of scheduling a call immediately, I tried to explain my onboarding process via messages. I’d love to hear your perspective on this strategy.
@ no problem, and I wouldn't recommend doing that. it sounds like they're judging your service based on one little presentation and you can see that nobody wants to book in from it. not sure how many you've sent, but if you've been doing it for 8 months with 0 call bookings is alarming
So, instead of offering clients a presentation, should I suggest a Zoom call to present my offer? Thank you, Evan, for your help-this is truly helpful to me. I’ll keep working on it, and your videos are incredibly valuable
@@sebaoficjalne3405 thanks! and yeah, zoom call is usually the best way to go when selling expensive services
Love your mindset, Evan. Really lucky to be following you!

Hi Evan, I have a quick question and would greatly appreciate your thoughts. In your opinion, does outreach on Instagram work as effectively as it does on Facebook? Specifically, should I use a similar approach when sending messages on Instagram as I do on Facebook? I've been struggling to generate leads through Instagram compared to Facebook, and I was wondering if you could share any advice. Thanks in advance! Best regards.
different outreach methods work better for different people. try both and see which fits better with you. it sounds like facebook is working - I'd lean more into that personally. ig is a bit of a different platform for outreach
@@evanhvance Thank you for your help
The root cause is you’re comparing yourself to people. And the root cause of that is your self-worth is dictated by external positive or negative outcomes. Your inner child / true self “burns you out” to protect itself from experiencing negative outcomes and distorted self-identity as a result of negative outcomes. It’s about knowing that your relationship to yourself is what influences outcomes - outcomes shouldn’t influence your relationship to yourself. I assume you compare your success to others around your age, however, the amount of other variables that influence success separate to age is tremendous. It’s illogical to even compare yourself to anyone because no one’s lived Evan’s life but you. And you haven’t lived lives of the people you’re comparing yourself to. So really, if you internalise that you’re Evan forever no matter what, and outcomes are just reflections of cause and effect chains, not your worth… you’ll basically transcend burnout altogether.
much appreciated - it's been a self-aware work in progress for some time. the rewiring is the hard part because it's deeply ingrained, but I've been making good progress
Do you find most RE agents that come through your funnel can’t afford your services? Curious how you’re attracting the team leads / broker/owners?
how do you have a rough idea of the time frame it takes to see if the hypothesis is working or you should make changes?
good q, really depends on what funnel step you're working on. if it's an entire funnel and a new product with a brand new sales pitch, waiting until you've had a good 25-30 sales call show ups is when you know how the system is performing. on the flip side, if you're testing a new sales pitch and you've closed 0 deals, sometimes all it takes is 5 calls. there's no clear/hard rule, but if you know anything about statistics then 80% confidence of being within +/-10% of true data comes within n=26 (or 26 data points). so we can be 80% sure that we're within about 10% of the true average result of the system after 26 leads came in, sales calls came in, show ups came in, etc. this can be used to judge lead cost, opt-in rate, etc. but the more data the better, always. for opt-in rate I'd rather have at least 100 clicks for example because clicks are much cheaper than a sales call show up hopefully this helps. if not, copy paste this nerd message into chatgpt and ask it to say it in plain english lol
@ thanks it helped a ton and I was just about to copy paste it lol 😂
This is solid advice! I dived into cold emailing a few months ago and paired it with Filter Bounce for email verification. It is been a game changer, especially with verifying Microsoft and Yahoo domains accurately. If you want to ensure high-quality leads while reducing bounces, definitely give Filter Bounce a try.
Really helpful insights! I have been using Do You Mail with my cold email strategy and it has proven effective. The automatic DNS configuration makes things so much easier, which I love. If you want a fast and efficient way to scale your email outreach, Do You Mail could be exactly what you are looking for.
Awesome video! Cold emails can open so many doors when done right. I have had great success with Mystrika. The preheaders and subsequences really help increase my open rates. If you are trying to boost your SMMA, Mystrika might be the perfect tool for you. Highly recommend giving it a shot.
Great video! Automating your SMMA is smart, especially through cold emailing. I have been using Do You Mail alongside Mystrika and it is been a breeze. Unlimited sending from multiple domains means I can reach so many prospects without worrying. If you need a reliable email setup, Do You Mail is really worth a try!
Great tips in this video! After a few months of using Do You Mail, I can confidently say it is enhanced my email outreach. The dedicated IPs set it apart from other tools I tried. If someone is looking to up their game in cold emailing, Do You Mail offers an excellent foundation to build upon.
Solid advice in this video! I have been on the cold emailing train with Filter Bounce for a few months now, and it is incredible. The accurate email verification really puts my mind at ease and the low-cost plan is a no-brainer. For anyone diving into cold emailing, you need a reliable partner like this one!
Evan, your tips are gold! Using cold emails in conjunction with ads has really transformed my approach. I found Mystrika, which has been invaluable. The dedicated warmup pool and automatic bounce detection have kept my deliverability high. If you are considering cold outreach, do not miss out on this-it is worth every penny.
Evan, informative video as always! Cold emailing has been a blessing for my outreach. I have been using Do You Mail for a while now, and its features are unbeatable. Unlimited domains, dedicated IPs, and easy setup have transformed my email game. If you have not tried it yet, it is definitely something to explore.
Just wanted to pop in and share how much I love Do You Mail alongside Mystrika. The combination of unlimited sending and high deliverability has been huge for my outreach. I set up my SPF and DKIM automatically and saw an instant boost. You should look into it if you are hunting for an efficient emailing method.
Evan, your advice on timing is spot on! I have been running my ads and coupling them with cold emails, thanks to Mystrika. The user-friendly interface allowed me to set up campaigns quickly, and the analytics gave me fantastic insights into what works. Its email warmup system is also top-notch. You definitely need to give it a shot if you have not already.
Great video, Evan! After watching, I could not help but think about how cold emails can complement ad strategies. For the past few months, I have been using Mystrika, and it is been a dream. The ability to manage multiple languages and profiles has made my outreach much more effective. I suggest trying it out for a seamless cold emailing experience.

I opted to do it all myself because it's a priceless skill to learn (and has made me personally lots of money) and because hiring media buyers is pretty expensive. you can find some in agency related facebook groups though
Great video and truly valuable insights. In your opinion, is it possible to close a client in a sales conversation over Zoom without being fluent in English?
thanks! glad to hear you found it helpful - and yes 100%, although it does still depend because there's a minimum threshold. but I know so many people where english is their second language who are successful
Great vid, hey Evan, can you show an exemplar RUclips video ad you use for your clients? Would be of great value to see how you structure the stock footage/voiceover. Cheers
Just figuring out whether it’s a client or capacity issue creates such a clear path. Super insightful stuff thanks Evan!
yo happy to hear you found it helpful man! especially helps if you find complexity constantly creeping in
Hey evan, how much hours of work weekly have you spent on average per each client when you were starting out in terms of service delivery and calls?
hey good question, I found it would take about 2-3 hours to launch a client and then around 30 minutes per account probably. it gets a lot easier as you get better and build systems though
@@evanhvance 30minutes per week per client to maintain the service delivery?
@@evanhvance do you have a video where you go around how you do your service delivery process? It amazes me how you manage to fit all those client work tasks in such a short timeframe and i feel i'm doing something wrong, because one time i launched ads for a gym i worked at it took me almost a whole day to create and launch the campaign.
@jaroldinho3923 correct, eventually I shortened it but yeah

How you make sure the v.a having outsourced so much of the vital processes doesn’t start her agency by her own?
in business you're always taking risks, so that's a risk you have to be willing to take. they'd only know part of the process though, only a small fraction of the business. it's very hard to actually scale an agency and not everybody wants to start one
Ca you do a video of the automations and workflows u do to your clients? I have an agency but the hardest thing is the service delivery and how to make everything automated.
thanks for the idea - if I get enough requests I'll make one like this!
I"m new on this scene. Would it be possible to ask for you to give a cliffnote on the abbreviations you make in your videos? Like KPI and such, idk what half of these mean. It would b helpful for noobs like myself :) just a thought.
hey good idea, are there any specific definitions you're looking for? KPI stands for Key Performance Indicator, which is really just a target metric. so close rate KPI is 20%, meaning that's your target. this is a benchmark for you to compare your close rate to, or in other worse indicate the performance of your sales process. if you're below 20% (or below KPI), you need to work on it to get that number up

What are your thoughts on reaching out to potential clients via DMs on Instagram and Facebook, and offering paid advertising services on Facebook? Perhaps you could create a video showing how to craft an effective presentation that encourages clients to use your services. Great video, keep up the excellent work
thanks - that's a great strategy for getting clients. I wouldn't recommend just offering to run their ads though, you likely won't get any responses if you just say that
@@evanhvance In my approach, I typically start by establishing a connection with the potential client. Once I’ve engaged them in conversation, I ask if they’d be interested in generating 10 additional leads for their services. From there, I offer a brief 5-6 minute presentation where I outline the details of my services, including the pricing. Let me know what you think about this approach.

Throughout my entire efforts with my SMMA agency, I’ve received two follow-ups after sending presentations. In your opinion, after how long should I give up smma, I have been operating for almost 7 months but I have not acquired any clients.
if you don't quit you'll eventually make it work, that was my attitude at least. if it's ruining your life and you hate it, then that can be a sign to do something else instead, but if you like it and want it to work then you shouldn't quit because it just gets hard. all that means is you're doing something wrong for me personally I fully committed and made the decision to not quit no matter what and it paid off in the end. I'm not you though, so I can't tell you how to live your life without knowing anything about you. I don't think that would be right

I also think that if something isn't working after a year or two, it might be worth reconsidering and exploring other business opportunities. I’m also aware that running an SMMA can be time-consuming and definitely requires a lot of effort to be successful. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and valuable advice.
