I grew my SMMA (or social media marketing agency) that runs RUclips ads for real estate agents by using cold email lead generation and paid ads with Facebook ads, Instagram ads, and RUclips ads.
I used to overcomplicate everything, now I opt for simplicity. You generally need to go through complexity to truly understand simplicity though. I prefer to remind myself to keep things simple even while learning complex things, because otherwise I can overthink. Hope this helped!
Don't stop uploading man. Great info. not at the level yet but I am sure this info will be of use when the time comes.
thank you! you'll get there eventually if you keep going
@@evanhvance Absolutely brother and hoping to join the mentorship soon. getting the funds together lol.

Just figuring out whether it’s a client or capacity issue creates such a clear path.
Super insightful stuff thanks Evan!
yo happy to hear you found it helpful man! especially helps if you find complexity constantly creeping in
Great vid, hey Evan, can you show an exemplar RUclips video ad you use for your clients? Would be of great value to see how you structure the stock footage/voiceover. Cheers
Great video and truly valuable insights. In your opinion, is it possible to close a client in a sales conversation over Zoom without being fluent in English?
thanks! glad to hear you found it helpful - and yes 100%, although it does still depend because there's a minimum threshold. but I know so many people where english is their second language who are successful
I am having severe issues with finding a media buyer on upwork , either they aren't qualified , unprofessional, not trusting ect. whats your take on this ? im looking for a media buyer for acquiring new members for guys in my local area through ig ads... PLEASE GIVE ANY TIPS!!!!!!
I opted to do it all myself because it's a priceless skill to learn (and has made me personally lots of money) and because hiring media buyers is pretty expensive. you can find some in agency related facebook groups though
Hey evan, how much hours of work weekly have you spent on average per each client when you were starting out in terms of service delivery and calls?
hey good question, I found it would take about 2-3 hours to launch a client and then around 30 minutes per account probably. it gets a lot easier as you get better and build systems though
@@evanhvance 30minutes per week per client to maintain the service delivery?
@@evanhvance do you have a video where you go around how you do your service delivery process? It amazes me how you manage to fit all those client work tasks in such a short timeframe and i feel i'm doing something wrong, because one time i launched ads for a gym i worked at it took me almost a whole day to create and launch the campaign.
@jaroldinho3923 correct, eventually I shortened it but yeah
@@splitfeys4566 it still takes hours to launch a client account, but once it's up and running it becomes a lot easier. here's a video that might be helpful: ruclips.net/video/k0oZiV3o1R4/видео.html
