Hey Evan! We’re facing a challenge where clients frequently pause their ad campaigns. This means that while we might have 3 clients on paper, the actual active average is closer to 1.96 clients/month due to pauses. It creates unpredictability in revenue and makes it tougher to scale. Ethically, we don’t want to charge full retainers during pauses, but one idea we’ve considered is charging a small fee for each day the ads are paused (e.g., $15/day) to cover maintenance, ad optimization, or readiness for relaunch. depends on how you wanna run your business, but a daily "pause fee" is an interesting idea. I'd just want it to be a fraction of the service cost itself, and it has to make logical sense. maintenance/ad optimization while ads are paused sounds like bs to me at first glance (just trying to poke holes and help here, not roasting you) this goes kinda deep tbh and I'd need to have a full convo with you to find out where the problem is, but if you send double the outreach you can double your biz ;)
