hey chris, really broad range and it involves math. fb lead forms = lower CPL, landing pages = higher CPL, adding survey questions before the optin = even higher CPL since you're adding friction. also depends on local market (higher income & house prices means more competitive ads). buyers or sellers? sellers are significantly more expensive than buyers. short answer with a very broad range - $3-70 for buyers and $15-200 for sellers. I prefer landing pages which puts us in the mid to high ranges for these. if you're in an expensive market that can boost costs too
appreciate the vid, just a question if i wanted to scale to 20k per month, would a 1-2k ad spend be sufficient? not trying to aggressively scale just steadly
if you're new, possibly. a 15X ROAS isn't realistic when you're new (if you're new to running ads). shooting for a 5-10X ONCE OPTIMIZED will keep you level-headed. for context, I was around $20-25k/mo when I started running ads (so I knew sales, etc.) and my ROAS was high, then it balanced out. thanks for the comment!
back to normal uploading (y)
Keep making these videos man. Don't stop.
thank you! means a lot
this is the guide I have been waiting for
:D
Whats a good cost per lead for realtors as clients

@@evanhvance thanks. How about getting realtors as leads for selling agency service? What’s the standard cpl?
@@ChrisOzar no problem, and anywhere from $10-30 is good
Hi Evan i love your videos, keep going! I wanted to ask what is your guarantee for your clients?
Can you tell what credit card you use

Evan your private scaling group. Is it like a mentorship type thing?
kind of yeah, exclusive small group of agency owners who I personally help in a classroom-style setting
Is it live?
ngl I'm not sure what you're asking, sorry. is what live?
