online leads convert at 5% when you're absolutely killing it and 0.5% when you're new and using FB lead forms. a safe target is 2-3% in the medium term, so the quality will only ever get so good (common mistake realtors make is focusing on lead quality as opposed to sales skills). appreciate the comment!

Or are you pre-framing your audience to sell them a info product based around youtube advertising. I guess the reason I ask is because im selfishly looking for assurance that this is a viable advertising method, and that I'm not going to waste my time dedicating the next couple of days pivoting my agency and my only client, to youtube advertising. I personally legitimately switched my entire agency to youtube ads and these things are all the absolute truth from my own experiences. I wouldn't recommend randomly switching overnight if you have something working with a client - there's a steep learning curve for youtube ads. I more recommend this as a long term transition to make agency life easier. I appreciate the question though

tough to recommend pricing without knowing exact deliverables. free trials are a good way to get case studies - e.g. 30-60-90 day trials, etc. you can give full service for free if you want, or you can just give little bits and pieces for free. ideally the ads service because of the ROI
nope, we do voiceovers with stock footage initially, and if the client wants to be on video we send them scripts and they can either record with their phone (which I recommend) or they can hire a local agency that we don't pay for because it's not necessary

yeah facebook's great but it has its flaws. we definitely don't put the client on video, and I'll leave the rest to you ;)
