Thank you for your excellent explaining, but I would like to know what do you do on the wrong side of the knitting, do you also do the twisted stitches?
I had the same question. We’ll probably have to do 1 row doing the twists, then the next row will be a simple knit row. So alternating between twisting and no twisting.

On the wrong side you just purl whole row

You just knit the row all the way without doing the twists
