  • This is a 30 minute BARRE workout that can easily be done at home! All you need is a kitchen chair or counter. We target the ABS, ARMS, LEGS, and BUTT with this one so get ready to firm it all up and burn calories with the cardio section as well!
    Disclaimer: 7 months pregnant baby bump :) I am pregnant but THIS IS NOT A PRENATAL WORKOUT. Girlfriends you should ALWAYS consult your doctor about exercises before trying them when pregnant.     Pregnant with baby #5 and I did this workout all before and during my 4th pregnancy! Such a good workout, thank you! (I also feel fancy when my midwife asks if I’m working out and I tell her I’m doing barre)

    I hadn't done this one yet because I assumed it would be easier because you were so far along. WRONG! I am dripping with sweat!!! Love your tempo, it's so nice to get into the rhythm of it and feel the burn!

    Awesome workout. I have no history in ballet or done a bar workout before, but I really enjoyedthis. Thought it would be an easy workout seeing that you were pregnant but surprisingly I am sweating.
