    I think police found the car and body the day that cop called in the plate , when they realized that she was last seen at Stevens they decided to frame him. think about the amount of blood that would of been in his house or garage, no way he cleaned it all up , then the blood in car ,u can see it was placed there in a few spots . if he was bleeding from his finger it would of gotten all over and not in that pattern. this guy was framed

      @Chase Postell Nope, Colburn was on his day off the date he claimed he told a cop and fully accounted for his whereabouts at the trial. IF you really believe Rahmlow could remember the face of the cop he spoke to for a few minutes 10 years later then you are gullible as hell.
      Ive not checked it out myself yet but I've heard that the cop he spoke to actually checked out and made a report about it but as I havent read it first hand I wont speculate.

    I think Bob Dassey was involved. 1.) In Brendan’s interrogation, he stated that the killer “was mad at Teresa for not getting his Blazer into the thing.” The cops didn’t inquire more about what Brendan just said even though he just revealed the motive of the killer. They just ignored his statement because they knew it was Bob’s Blazer. 2.) Brendan left the property just before or right after Teresa left. 3.). There was hardcore/demented porn on the Dassey’s computer. Bob has the sexual motive to perform such an act. 4.) In trial, Bob directed the blame from himself to Steven and Brendan.
    A possible scenario is that the cops were going to pin the murder on Bob convinced him to help frame Steven Avery instead. P

      Crime scene, bones and the burn pit photographed multiple times by a professional (Not one) photo was taken of any evidence. Also Manitowoc warned off the Coroner and didn’t allow her on the property or do a report, they used an out of town coroner 1 month later

      I'm with the sheriff on this: it would be easier for them to kill Steven instead of Teresa. Colborn or Lenk could just kill him and then "investigate" the place afterwards and while "investigating" he'd dispose of all the evidence. Much easier than killing Halbach, bring her car unseen to the yard, cover it up while not being spotted, get away from the yard unseen (how? by walking?), plant the bullet and key unseen.
      If Steven is innocent, than it went like Strang described.

Doesn’t her family see this.. and she was telling people she was afraid of him.. (remember the girls from Ohio.. the piece of shit that stole them off the street ( he has no name to me).. he helped with searches.. hugged her mom.. took an rented them a car etc.. I can’t believe Teresa brother didn’t find it strange that he just so happened guessed her password

    Omg Lenks name was obviously added to the signing sheet. Look at the space there between the names (2:37). There was no room between 1808 and 1812 to add "LT. Lenk" and still his name WAS added afterwards. This needs to come as evidence as well.

    That call by Colburn to dispatch was staged: the dispatcher never took time to enter info in a database and then tell him the answer--SHE DID IT IMMEDIATELY LIKE SHE KNEW THE QUESTION BEFORE IT WAS GIVEN TO HER!!! She conspired with Colburn on that call!! That incident right there showed some kind of cover up or police corruption of the scene which should have nullified their credibility!! I don't know how Halbach ended up dead if she is dead but Avery didn't do it and there was some kind of bad mishandled frame up job done on him which should have created enough doubt for even the average imbecile idiotic dolt from that county who didn't have an "ax" to grind against him to find him innocent at trial!! A true miscarriage of justice done in this case!!

      Totally agree-Lenk and Colburn were not even parties to the lawsuit and never faced personal liability. I am shocked that people would rather believe that the police killed Teresa rather than Averyy. Did they even know Teresa before this? How would they know her schedule? How did they put the car and bones behind Avery's property w/o anyone seeing it? I cant believe how gullible people are .

    • @jamescrane7034
      @jamescrane7034 6 лет назад

      I think the police killed her is a little extreme, but that does not mean Avery did. If Avery did not kill her, then It is more likely the police took advantage of some tragedy that happened.
      The questions you ask about schedules and such show you have no idea of the area and how it works or you would know they had all kinds of opportunity. If there was collusion in a bait and switch, then that came with blessings from the top, but it does no mean they killed her.
      There are many many questions about this crime that need to be answered. If you have someone in charge calling the shots and others taking orders, it can go in different directions. Do some more research. This is small town area. Many people were related or knew each other.

    • @milart12
      @milart12 6 лет назад

      Your assertions are so vague that they are meaningless. "It is more likely that the police took advantage...."if there was collusion..that came from blessings from the top"..If you have someone in charge...it can go in different directions" Be specific-who framed Steven Avery?

    • @jamescrane7034
      @jamescrane7034 6 лет назад +2

      sorry, but there is nothing solid there yet, only questions. That is because I believe the problem is with the investigation not the evidence itself.
      I am not going to go around accusing people of a capital crime just because I have an opinion, but that is just me.
      The latest findings of child porn on a Dassey computer is problematic considering there was no investigation into that felony. This never came up at the time of the investigation. It was buried. That piece of evidence is indisputable. That has just come to the surface.
      On the bright side it means things could still come to the surface despite the amount of time that has passed. We will see

      I think you're right, she's still alive to this day in 2022. The perfect crime, convict an innocent person of a murder that never happened. No Body, No Tears.
      When Karen Halbach sees Brendan in a jail jumpsuit on the way to court she starts laughing. Any mother of a raped/murdered/burned girl would be in tears and screaming at him.
      Very suspicious behavior that makes me think Barb Janda was partially right when she said "I think the Halbachs set this all up, I really do."
      Why would they? Look at the job her son has now, a Multi-Million dollar a year job for the Green Bay Packers.
      I think Lenk and Kusche set it up after being deposed and enlisted the help of the Halbachs and others, possibly including certain members of the Avery family.

    If the state were capable of murdering a random girl and framing Steven Avery, why weren't they capable of killing Avery and making it look like an accident? Why go through the trouble of killing a random girl, and then framing Steven with evidence, witnesses, and a family testifying against each other, meanwhile putting the entire state at risk, only to be tried in a court room where they wrongfully convicted Steven the first time? Do you know how insane that sounds? Also, the police department isn't who deals with the lawsuit. The police department is funded by the state. The state of Wisconsin would have the incentive to avoid paying out 36 million. Not the police department. The police department is tax payer funded morons. Nobody at the police department would have lost a dime, so why would they do all of this? That would have came out of the state's pocket. And last time I checked, these weren't state cops.

    • @jamesbroomfield7799

      In my opinion the police probably want to be the ones to have the last laugh to look like the winners in the end. Because right there at that point time Steve Avery was winning because he beat the first case and was actually going to win again by winning a second case in his lawsuit. Killing him would be too easy and even if they killed him they still look like losers and Avery would still be the winner even in death. They wanted to prove a point and score of the last point and be the winner in the public eye

    The true timeline and pings from her phone put her leaving Avery’s property. A phone call after she left to her place of employment making another photo appointment!! The phone call and pings prove she pulled over at one point! Which I believe was the police pulling her over. Blood splatter In The back of the car proves a quick attack prob smashed in the head pushed into her car , burned at quarry, bones scattered at Avery’s, car dumped and volunteers given camera and direction to locate car. Boom it all begins. However, I do believe Bobby & Step Dad made to assist police because threatened with convictions them selves as well as the ex boyfriend all made to participate or lie in someway

    A lot of people here make some very valid points but you need to go look at the information that isn't presented to you in a documentary on HBO. There is a ton of boring information to sort through and it makes Steven look a hell of a lot more guilty. For example, people talk about the garage not having blood in it but fail to mention that the cops found multiple bottles of used bleach and other cleaning products. Bleach absolutely destroys blood, even the luminal test can't find blood if it's been bleached. There's just so many things that point towards him if you really dig deep into the case

  • @wooster0015
    @wooster0015 7 лет назад +4

    The cops are not going to kill an innocent girl just so they can frame Avery for a murder because of the lawsuit. First of all the counties insurance company paid for that lawsuit so why would the cops care? Second, why involve Brendan into it if they just wanted to frame Avery. The kid had nothing to do with the lawsuit and only would have complicated things which he in fact did.

      As Tobias has pointed out, insurance was not going to cover the lawsuit and many had much to lose. Killing Avery would just pass his lawsuit onto his family. But making him a murderer and putting him in prison would completely throw out the case and eventually settle with him quietly when he needed money for a lawyer to defend himself against the framed murder.

    • @pheadrus77
      @pheadrus77 6 лет назад +1

      Wooster001 the counties insurance would not pay in this case because framing Avery for rape and letting him sit there for all those years is a”malicious act”. E and O and liability ins would not pay for a malicious act. The county and the people invoked would be liable jointly and severally

    I personally think it's ridiculous to think the police killed Halbach. If Avery was indeed framed, it probably went more the way Strang described it... that a third person killed her, not Steven or the cops, but that he knew that if he left some evidence at Avery's, it would make Steven an easy suspect, because of the history between Steven and the cops.

    same here, if only it was possible to learn their whereabouts nearing the day of her disappearance. it would have been very easy for them to learn exactly who would be the best target visiting Averys salvage yard if they had been monitoring his phone calls endure simply just watching his house. but I would bet that they were listening in on his phone calls, which is how they most likely learned of her visit but I would bet that they were listening in on his phone calls, which is how they most likely learned of her visit to photograph the vehicle. If this is the case they may be possible to find out if there were any wiretap done on the Avery complex, or any request for Phone record by the Police Department before her death. also one thing I keep seeing people miss is the people is that most likely paid the police officers to pull off the crime. if that happened then perhaps digest watching the police officers spending habits for unusual purchases, may prove an additional motive.

    and the cops that ARENT SUPPOSED TO BE INVOLVED due to the lawsuit are the ones that find the key AND the bullet. but Zellner already has proven that A) that bullet never touched human bone, and B) they demonstrated that the .22 rifle Steven supposedly used was not powerful enough to go in and OUT of a human skull, as this wound did with whatever weapon was supposedly used.

    luckily for the framing masterminds, the woman who they were going to frame Avery for murdering showed up at his house alone, the very same day/time the police put into place their massive frame operations. also, lucky that Dassey pointed everyone to all the places the masterminds with unlimited time and resources would later plant all the evidence.

    I think he boyfriend did it. I think she met up with him after he left the property, he was furious with her because he found out she was screwing his bff and he murdered her, burned her body, dumped her car at the junkyard and threw some of her bones on the pile. He had the opportunity to do it because he was on the property unsupervised during the search. I think the police jumped in this and didn't bother to look anywhere else. Her boyfriend's temperament during cross examination was very odd. He was smirking and acting as though he had a hard time remembering some things regarding his actions yet could remember other things spot on.

    Omg. Was the plate really called in 2 days before it was found? Its been years since ive watched Making a Murderer so i can't remember all the details. This case is so wild. There was definitely enough to aquit imo. Too many strange fishy things. Something just isnt right. I just cant fathom why a man about to likely win 36M $ after spending almost 2 decades in prison for something he didnt do, would then go out and kill someone on his property and then try to cover the car with twigs. Avery dealt with cars his whole life, i think if he really had something to hide, that vehicle wouldve been dismantled and never seen again, not lazily hidden by some twigs. It feels like whoever hid the car wanted it to be found. Also, the fact that Stevens attorney filed a motion to test the bones with new technology to make sure they are in fact Teresa's, and the cops gave the bones back to the family. Basically, we still dont even know if those bones are Teresa's. I mean dont get me wrong, they most likely are, but the fact is we dont know for a fact and we never will because the cops got rid of them as quickly as possible. If that tag # was really called in before it was found, that speaks volumes. & dont even get me started on Brendan. They railroaded that kid. At the very least he deserves a new trial. His first attorney didn't even represent him. Its been awhile, but didnt Brendan tell him that he didnt do it and the lawyer talked him into confessing a 2nd time and made him draw pictures and he literally told him what to draw ?!?! Crazy. They pressed him so hard in his "confession." Anytime they didnt like his answer, they would say "be honest" its so clear to most that Brendan changed his answers to appease the police. He was so naieve that he thought he would be going back to class. Aside from that bs confession, they got NOTHING on Brendan. No DNA. If Teresa died the way Brendan said, his DNA would be there. They ruined that kid's life. :(

    I don't think they killed her. I think her ex did and the colbourn caught him trying to get rid of the body that night he rang dispatch about the plates. So they concocted the story and told Ryan he would get away with it if he just helped them frame avery. The flatmate was probably with the ex because I definitely think he knew. Then they got to bobby and scott tadych and convinced them to help to corroborate the story of linking steven to it. I think all of them got paid off. I don't think scott tadych and bobby realised what was gonna happen to brendan but by then it was too late. They got brendan cos he was too weak and they used their training to coerce a confession.
